four is the perfect numbr, 5 would be like "uggh i hate that 5th guy"

6 or more would be a raid

keep it at four, this is NOT an MMO! :)

Well u still can go for group of 3 u are right its not a mmo the level of difficulty adapts to your party so you dont have to go 4 (its not a raid of 10 guys where you need 10 big bad boys). So why not max it to five 5 like the number of classes?(keep in mind there will be an expansion and if in a near future will be lets say 7 diferent chars, 3 clasess wont be able to play together)

I mean there's no real change for the game because the most of partys won't be full why not increase the number to 5? why 4 is really better than 5? i don't see any value argument there...

I think Jay Wilson said something about this in an interview. They have tested out all the team of 3,4,5 and 6. Earlier, it was decided to have a team of 6 but was later altered to 4. They must have a strong reason behind this change. Maybe, keeping all 5 characters in a group would lead to some particular team choices (mainly of having all five type in a team). However, by keeping the players to 4, the choices would be varied and the overall number of players cluttering the pvp arena would be reduced. Thus, more team work n variation.

posted a message on Will a healer class dominate pvp?
I personally doubt it. Blizz try to keep everything fair when it comes to game like Diablo with limited multiplayer aspect. I mean besides farming with your friends, the only other multiplayer opportunity is the pvp n it is going to draw more attention to the former. Thus, I have a reason to believe that all classes will be equally balanced out in the pvp otherwise we'd just be seeing teams of Monks fighting with each other :/
On, similar bases, classes like barbarian have skills (Earthquake) to coz massive damage in a very short time, won't give you much time to heal if caught. And the Demon hunter's imaple with rune will keep you stunned for the entire pvp, when will you heal. So, the conclusion is, everything is going to be balanced out, don't worry.

Congrats. It'd be very nice to test out the beta. I wanted a key myself but I think I can w8. I have already waited long enough for the game. Patience is the key to success, maybe even to the beta :)

posted a message on What class did you think you'd like the least but is becoming your favourite?
Man I thought it was the Monk. I thought he would be getting his ass kicked everywhere coz of low-to-no armour. But when I saw the gameplay videos, I was stunned. The Monk is so bloody fast that he doesn't need a armour. Besides, he has a healing skill as well. Those combo skills are way awesome and I just love the dash. My opinion has gone from hating the Monk to making him my primary character as the game comes out.

posted a message on Rune System Suggestion
    Quote from jon_connor

I propose that each rune still progress through the 7 levels like in runestone system, but instead of having to find the stones, you could just earn experience whenever you use that specific rune with that specific skill. which makes sense logically, the more your character uses a skill, the better they get at it.

It would add a penalty to respeccing which a lot of people seem to care about. and we could simply do it while grinding for loot. It would give the lvl 60s something to reach for, maxing out all runes for each skill would take much longer than simply reaching the max lvl. i know in D2, although not the same game, when some people reached the max lvl with a char, they would stop playing with them because there was nothing else to do.

Though your suggestions are pretty well reasoned but I doubt this implementation coming into effect as:
    1. The penalty to respeccing would not fit with Blizz's theory of trying different build for a character and finding the right build. For e.g, in an early part of the game I take my current skill set to the max level, but I'm not able to play well with it (i.e I made a wrong choice) I would have to level the new skill-set all over again adding to my frustration.
    2. Even with the current ruin system, people at lvl 60 will find enough randomization with the skill sets to keep them occupied.

posted a message on What class and why?
I might pick up the Barbarian coz of the higher HP and ability to dish out damaged up-close. I really suck playing with the ranged characters but nothing of it can be said at this point of time. Though I have a feeling WD might turn out to be a good choice too mainly coz of the zombie dogs.

    posted a message on Archon
I think it will be just like the runestones effect. In the Archon mode most the skills would get modified to a similar extent as they would when they are runed. But this is just a speculation, rest all depends on blizz n how they decide to implement it.

posted a message on New class in D3 expansion !
This is tough. D3 already has 2 melee classes, and 2 ranged classes. The witch doctor is the only class that handles the summons. I doubt they will repeat any old classes, but their is chance the Druid or Necro might get a come back. I myself would prefer a new summon class to balance out the WD

Great work man. The colours and fonts really fit the world of Diablo. Though the download links to the bigger versions aren't working. I was hoping to use it as my wallpaper :/

I sure hope it will run well on a 15-inch MacBook Pro. One of my friends had the beta key and tried to run it on a Dell M1530, but he didn't went any further from the lowest setting. I'd be very grateful if someone tell me the minimum GPU memory for max Anti-Aliasing :)
