Hard to say if that is only for style if You will think about d2. There was this runeword that You could make only in polearms called infinity. It was lowering enemies resists and it was pretty much op for sorcs Maybe somehow thats part of reason why u cant use them now

Well I used to want to main barb when d3 comes out, but after playing the wizard I just prefer its style so I decided to main wizard first.

however I also love using 2 hand pole arms or spear + shield combo just for the style, after checking that wizard cannot use polearms I was very disappointed but at least spear and shield combo are still usable.

Now the question is how gimped will my wizard be compared to a wizard who uses wand + source or wand + shield given I am able to equip my wizard with a spear that happened to roll with + int and other caster stat (I am gonna guess there will be no legendary spear for me and rares are the only way to go)

I still believe there will be more sellers than buyers. so unless you are getting the top end items the competition for selling will be high and you could possibly make a $3-$5 dollars per hour income. that been said its probably still higher than those captcha writing/survey filling bullshit. If you do get lucky and get a top end perfect item you could make some nice cash though.

cause of some skills/passives actually are built around using basic attacks. by giving up a skill slot to use those is a bit unfair though.

Not sure if its just me or do other people experience this too. everytime I start the client again all my custom keybindings and game options (elective mode/toggles/auto equip etc) are all set to default again so each time I have to manually fix the options to my liking.

Is this intended or am I the only one whos getting that and how do you fix it.

go to options, bind all keys to my mouse if possible, turn on elective mode and toggle options.

the new rune system is still semi flawed, like someone else posted in the other thread. to experience the full game you now have to be level 60 eg complete hell. a better way to approach the same system is to have those runes in multiple levels. so you can unlock all the different effect by level 30 and then unlocked the highest levels by level 60.

eg at level 6 a wizard unlock all level 1 runes for magic missle and at level 45 level all level 7 runes for magic missile
