if last patch or so blizz nerfed the ROE ( ring of emptyness) so it doesnt work with pets...eg...helltooth build....garg etc
why is everyone in the leaderboards that are running LON WD with spirit barrage using ROE....
the phantasm rune from gazing demise mojo aparently makes the spirit barrage a pet....
which is why everyone is using the pet gem ...to buff the DPS of spirit barrage....
but....if it is tecnically a pet....then wouldnt it be fair to think that ROE wouldnt work with it....
does ROE work with it or not?....and if so...why does it work with a pet spirit barrage but not another pet like garg?
