Highlight of the open beta for me…

Couple buddies new to the beta and I, one of which loves to imbibe, were plowing through Den of the Fallen, when suddenly over vent I hear, “Oh, SWEET! I just got Kick Ass Bow of the Mother****er!”

Hilarity ensued.

Yes, I concur. This patch feels very, very solid.

Definitely have to pay more attention to your surroundings cause when you use your defensive ability, you'd better know what you're going to do next if that doesn't work. Definitely didn't have to do that in patch 13.

Just ran a fresh Barb through the King, and loved every minute of it.

Not good with dressing up forum posts with fancy graphics, so imagine ice cubes. Lots of ice cubes. Basically a cornucopia of ice cubes.

I'm not a math nerd, so I don't know the crit percentages and damage over time and percent chance to hit one's ass with both hands, but it is going to look f'ing cool and I bet my signed Ndamukong Suh jersey no demon gets within a screen of me with all that CC.

I expect a release date before March 3rd. I expect the game to release on April 10th.

Be careful what you wish for. After playing WoW for a year, I finally convinced my non-gamer wife to try WoW on a trial account. We had one PC at the time, and she has an obsessive compulsive type personality. What ended up happening was me watching over her shoulder as she rampaged through Redridge as my guild pleaded for me on vent to log on for the 40 man.

Thank god for the level 20 cap. "Congrats, honey! You beat the game!"

I've been lurking this forum for about three months now (just after Christmas.) Many forums about D3 out there, but the senior membership on this board, to me, seem the most knowledgeable and logical about the game as any I've come across.

The fact that some of the people on here, who have upwards of 500+ posts and who I've seen regularly contribute and provide some of the best insight to the game (which drives your site traffic by the way) not receive a literally free beta key handout is total BS. Admins need to take care of what makes their site better than the rest of the crap out there and get their longtime members keys so the content of the site improves.
