This build can easy be brought down to 800/900 dollars- EASILY-, with only a few moderations:
    i5-2500k- minus $100
GTX 560ti-448 cores/ on par with 570 (BUT NO 90 STEP UP WITH EVGA TO A BETTER CARD IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND, i think, check this)- minus $75
8 gigs of RAM (PLENTY!!!!)- minus $50,
    No SSD (IT'S JUST A LUXURY) :) - minus 85 dollars,
Go with a less expensive motherboard, you can get a great one for around $100- minus another $100
OH AND DON'T LIVE IN ALASKA, SHIPPING COSTS SUCK!!!!- (Varies with where you live)
    DUAL CPU COOLER HYPER 212+
    Case Fans, 6 120mm, 1 80 mm
    Mouse/Keyboard
    DVD Drive- sorry no blu-ray
Monitor- NO ( but new egg had a LED full 1080P ASUS 23" Monitor on sale, for $90) :)
    Speakers-Logitech (GOOD BUT CHEAP $20)
Webcam- Microsoft 720p Life Cam (Cheap $30)
PSU-850W (NOT USUALLY MODULAR AT A LOWER PRICE) :(
ANTI-STATIC WRIST BAND- YOU NEED THIS, they're 5 bucks and woth it so you dont have to worry about ruining components through static shock, I saw a buddy do it to his motherboard, he just sent it back saying it was faulty, but thats not truthful.
    Case-pick the one you want

WARRANTY- everything comes with a warranty from the manufacturer, so if something goes wrong, you have to deal with that specific manufacturer. Some things come with 2, 3,5 (years) and lifetime warranties.

TOTAL: $890, And this rig is kick A**-Shipped

P.S. Diablo 3 doesnt have a release date yet, so buy parts only on sale, could be even cheaper if you wait and bide your time.

More advice, I hope I'm not being an A**, Sorry:

The new Nvidia cards are coming out really soon, I suspect we'll see them WITH Intel's new Ivy Bridge CPU, on Friday at the PDXLAN 2012. I believe they will be released shortly after that in april??? (Please don't quote me on this, this all from what I've read online :) If this happens prices will drop on the CPU and GPU, therefore making it even cheaper, if you can wait. :)

If your a student, your univerties technology support center, should have a shop for repairing students pc's and is usually free! They'll help you build your whole computer if you'd like.

IMPORTANT: If you are a University student you can purchase the windows 7 pro upgrade for $65 I think. YOU HAVE TO HAVE A PREVIOUS EDITION OF WINDOWS ON YOUR PC, or... just install windows 7 and you don't have to enter a product key for 30 days, then install the upgrade over that, IT WORKS! After installed it is a full retail version, not OEM.

Time: It took me 6 hours to put everything together, install drivers and updates, I think I'm a little slow.

EVGA has a 90 day step up program on CERTAIN cards (CHECK EVGA FOR LIST) So if you buy a card and aren't extremely pleased with it, just pay the difference betwenn the cost of your card and the new card, ship them your card they send you the new one as soon as they recieve yours (literally, they have it packaged and waiting to ship so when your old one gets there, your new one goes out ASAP, at least thats what EVGA told me when I asked them how I got my upgrade so fast, really good customer support.

And those of you worried about needing a laptop for school, windows 7 professional can be remote accessed, if your desk top is on, you have access to pretty much everything, and step up for this is easy. Just keep your old laptop for school, or get a net book and if you need something you forgot on your desktop, you can get it no problemo. I'm a College student and this is what I do.

I really hope, I dont sound to braggadocious, or like a but hole, I really hope this helps D3 FANS get an awesome computer for cheap.

I want everyone who wants to play D3, to be able to play it and other games for a while :)

    Yours Truly,
    MANOFKRYPTONAK

Feel free to post questions, comments if you have any. Thanks for reading my ideas! HAVE A GREAT DAY :)
