No, they still don't know when servers will go up yet =)
(Don't let anyone say its 12:01 pst as a fact yet (there's a good chance it will be pst) but as of right now the only thing we KNOW, is that the digital copy becomes unlocked at 12:01 pst. Bashiok is still saying they dont know when servers will come online yet. its a very tricky thing for them, as people will be upset either way.)

I'd hope they would release the servers and digital copies at the same time, otherwise going digital with Blizzard would be kinda pointless.
I'd imagine they have to launch the NA region at the same time, if they let east coast go live at 12:01, but force those of us who went with digital via Blizzard to wait until 12:01am on west coast, people would cancel their digital orders.
