I know I'm thinking WAY ahead right now but this could have some incredible synergies with wizards in pvp because they have restore AP on health globe stuff, so you could theoretically have an infinite AP wizard raining devastation while being healed a ton to outweigh opposing damage. Fun build something I would totally consider trying for PVP or PVE
Wouldn't it be possible for the enemy to pick up those health globes too? Kinda of a double-edged sword if that's the case.
Enemies cant get health globes
I think he was referring to pvp and I didn't think of that actually I was thinking only friendlys can use them but I dont think thats the case in the PVP theyre gonna implement is it? So maybe im wrong, could still be good synergy with a couple of wiz for pve though

Talking of armor, I find Monk armors get uglier as they reach higher tiers. Tier 2~12 look not over the top, yet fantastic. Tier 16 is honestly the worst armor in the game. Reminds me of WoW mage robe.
IMHO there are some lowlvl sets that are over the top and fugly too. Just look at Tier 6 and 7.
Oh and most Helmets are ugly as hell Oo there are only 2-3 Sets that look ok with the helmet on <_< but hey... thats why we have a vanishing dye.
Edit: Looking at the Sets again... we arent the only ones with ugly highlvl sets. Just look at the Barb Sets after T9 Oo
I agree with the caveat that Barb tier 13 is an orgasm waiting to happen thats probably the best looking armor set (and most fitting for the class) I have seen ever in any diablo game or even wow (barring maybe paladin tier 2 from wow)
I would love to see a formal countdown box on part of the front page of diablofans.com, we could count down to release as a community. Hopefully you guys are working on something like this as we speak!
With the recent changes to the way runes work, theres NO reason to have more than one of each class because switching all your skills and runes to another set up takes as much time as switching to another character, and you dont even have to swap gear or anything.
With no build commitment no one will have a frost wizard and a fire wizard and an arcane wizard they will have ONE wizard that can do everything. That was one of the things I loved about D2 and the franchise as a whole was that I could have two level 90 paladins and they could be INCREDIBLY different on stat preferences on gear on skill points on stat allocation etc and it made it feel like there were a lot of unique experiences to be had with each class.
Wow I am 100% for this! Depending on how long it takes to level a runestone 1-10 you could even have a checkpoint at level 5 so like if you use teleport with crimson to level 5, switch to something else, you can switch back and start at level 5 so its not 100% from scratch?
I really hope they see this as it seems like it wouldn't be terribly difficult to implement (although I have no idea what I'm talking about haha)
Hope this gets enough support around here we can petition official forums for it or somethign thatd be sweet.
Its still 2 hours and 10 minutes until 1:15 PST which is the standard by which they release every product/patch/update/etc (they're in California after all), so my eager eyes are gonna keep a watch out until like 6 PM today just to be safe haha!
