Definitely most excited from the datamined info about the class changes. Finally getting some fire runes for my wizard, I am ecstatic.Posted in: News & Announcements

I voted for the offline mode. When I first heard that Diablo 3 would be coming to consoles I was excited by the idea of crushing some demons with my friends on the big screen. I was never truly interested in taking my console gaming onto the internet and was ecstatic to hear that it would not be required like it is for the PC. I never purchased the console version of Diablo 3 because I and my brothers all had the computer version but I could think of no better way to spend our christmas than leveling up some characters on the couch like we did with other dungeon crawlers back in the day.Posted in: News & Announcements

P.S Just have to mention that i made myself a little personal challenge not to buy gear from AH or accept from friends, using drops only, so it was pretty bleek for a while progression wise - Woot Paragon!
I also follow this regiment, well, I accept and offer from friends but I do not ask from them. It makes upgrades more reasonably obtainable.
Congratulations on the set item though, I have only found one and it was an awful Immortal Kings helmet with intellect and nothing, but it sold for like four dollars on the RMAH, so I was happy.

As mentioned, base stats are far too important in this current system. An all stats would become the most desirable affix for most builds and Blizzard has worked to limit 'must have' affixes specifically like IAS.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion

I did not declare that is was a bad thing nor did I say whether I cared or not; this post was made to make mention of the change that is approaching. It was not made to bash Blizzard's decisions. If anything, I make mention of the positive results of this upcoming patch.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion

We all knew this day would come; the day when the nerfs hit inferno. Even if this is only the second round, it is much more definitive. I will not say it is bad or good, but I will say that I have recently gotten to the point where I farm act 1 inferno without dying... And now, I feel like it will simply be a joke.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
This new information has given me an incentive: to finish inferno before 1.04 hits. Whether or not I succeed, when we heard that inferno would be recklessly and foolishly hard and that it would not be made easier, we were misled.
In all honestly, Blizzard is definitely making the right choice by making their end game more viable and by actually listening to the forums. But My post is an acknowledgment that things are being made easier.
