If it's a buff (increases your damage by X%), then yes, they all stack.
If it's a debuff, it may or may not stack, as some abilities are considered to be the same type of "debuff." These are usually between classes, however, so you should be safe stacking things on yourself.
*Side Note* I'm having a terrible time finding a list of which "+%damage on mobs" debuffs don't stack. I'm positive there are some. Anyone have a list handy?
If it doesn't use a 6pc or F/R, you can pretty much guarantee it won't be viable in the 60s, and probably not in the 50s either. Mob health requires a certain level of DPS, and you're not going to get it without those huge damage boosts from 6pc bonuses. And since there's no possible way it's faster than the chicken builds, it's not viable for T10 farm either.
Edit: Side note, if you're really set on trying it, you will probably get more use out of SMK in your weapon slot, as the fetishes from the belt will be enough to keep BBV's CD down, and you can drop Horrify without sacrificing any of the core build.
In going for my 60 solo achieve, I tried a few rifts with CoE, and constantly failed due to random one-shots from things like frozen, thunderstorm, etc. I switched to unity and cleared it instantly. Obviously it could also have been that I got lucky with the rift type, but who knows?
Personally, I think unity is better for a very specific series of rifts from somewhere around 57-62 (ballpark). Before that, the mob damage is not high enough to warrant it. Once you hit that section, the mobs are doing enough damage to one-shot you, but you still have enough damage to clear it without the CoE. Once you get past it, however, you're into the area where every single DPS number counts, and using unity will put you too low to be able to clear. Plus, the mobs may start doing enough damage to one-shot you even through unity.
At that point, it becomes all about fishing for map/mob types and learning to dodge EVERYTHING. Which, don't get me wrong, sucks ass. But that's what separates the top 0.1% of players from the rest of the top 5%. The rest of us just don't care enough to put that much effort into it.
Woah, hold on. The tornadoes from the Wastes set did physical damage last season, no matter which WW rune you used. Unless they changed it this PTR, it's still like that, and I would assume that the lob blob will also be poison only.
