    I'm an annual pass owner. But I plan to cancel soon by calling Blizzard (Yes, this is possible) because I've simply grown tired of the MMO community and not WoW in particular. After participating in the SWTOR launch I've come to realize that the genre has just changed forever and isn't going back to what it was 5-6 years ago.

    Instead of working for things and being patient MMO's are now give me give me I pay $15 a month blah blah.

    So in short, annual pass owners want their Diablo 3 right now because they feel entitled.
