It would in my opinion be stupid to include actual ingame items. It gives unfair advantages and doesn't promote anything good in the game. Vanity items such as the angel wings are however super cool in my opinion. They are cosmetic so you can use them forever (a weapon might become useless at some point) and they look really cool and distinguish you from the rest of the crowd. It's a prestige kinda thing, and in my opinion, the angel wings are one of the coolest vanity items from any of the blizzard collectors boxes yet, far cooler than a pet.
That being said, you DO get a bang for your buck. If you decide to buy it you get an awesome usb pen and a really neat art book just to name a little. If you're not into that kind of thing, don't buy it. It's really that simple. It's a COLLECTORS editions. It's not meant to give you an egde in the game. It's mean to give those die hard fans that love the lore and the art a little extra cool to enjoy.

@Obliteratus: Book of Cain could have been such a cool addition, but the book itself is fairly expensive so would probably have been overkill :) but nice overkill :D ordered the book anyway, so wouldn't need a second one though ^^

Regarding Bashiok's reply on Inferno does he mean that once we complete the difficulty of Inferno we can start farming directly anywhere at the difficulty afterwards like D2?
I believe the question was if after Hell, people could jump in anywhere in inferno to farm, which was no, but once inferno had been completed you could jump in at any point and farm just like D2. I might be wrong but that's how I read it.

@Conzume: This is an issue caused in some older games by the amount of RAM in newer computers. I had the same error with all maps in the game Vampire the Masquarade - Bloodlines.
This fix in that case was that I went in and changed my settings on RAM so that instead of running effectively with 4 GB RAM, it lowered it to only use 3 GB RAM. I don't know how much it would have to lower in order for D1 to work, or if this trick even works. The problem in VtM: BL, was that it read through the code too fast, thus getting to the end of some string which was never intended, because the older computers couldn't do so then. So lowering your RAM might help since it sounds like the same problem and if it doesn't work, you can always just turn it back to use full RAM again. Ofc. it's annoying having to change the RAM setting everytime you wanna play the game, but that was the only option with VtM: BL at least.

To be honest the first winner is epic. Sure it's not really a caption, but it's so classic.
The sublety of the joke is just beyond brilliant. If you've ever seen that cartoon, you just know that she's taking the ball away just before charlie brown is about to kick it. Poor Charlie ;)

    Anyway, here's my entry:
