I am surprised such a thread sparks such debate. I'm an Atheist and personally could care less about religious debates. You believe in a version of God. Great, the more power to you. I don't see what there is to get upset about.

My comp has been acting up since about 5:00 PM today; what happens is that I get the Windows 7 welcome screen and then it just goes to a black screen. I have a feeling this might be a RAM issue. I expect it is not a hardware problem if the computer will not freeze in Safe Mode. To confirm this, just leave the computer on in Safe Mode for a couple hours. If it is still fine this leads me to believe it is totally software.

The easy solution is to backup your data and reinstall windows. You could try a recovery option but I have had no success with it.

I hope to farm Act1 Inferno. Anything before Lich King. If I am not geared enough for that I would hope Act4 Hell would provide decent upgrades

OP Swap the mob to Grotesque and you'll have my vote. Passive knockback is just another gotcha in this deadly combo.

Sad thing (king of, not really) is that just yesterday I found out I'll be working the morning of the 15th, so I won't be able to play until later in the afternoon. I'm not too bothered by that, I'm just going to have to try really hard to avoid everyone I know so no spoilers are revealed to me!

I took a week off work starting May 16th. I ordered online and knowing my luck, it wouldn't show up till 4pm anyway. I'll miss the midnight launch of the game but then again, I'll miss the server down time as well.

I'll be playing private games to savour the story and dialog before jumping into the multiplayer frenzy.

The rig is overkill for Diablo3 but will suit Battlefield3, Crysis3, Bioshock Infinite, etc just fine. Video encoding (converting videos to ipad format) will also be a snap.

Well I was interested but after reading the post and through the website, I'm not sure of what kind of attitude of players you are looking for. The use of "turkey" and "asshat" within this post gives me the following impression

Hk1: "Hey asshat, up for a co-op game"
Hk2: "I'm already in a game you turd, come play with me"
Hk1: "I'm on my way brah"

I'll continue to keep my options open.

I am taking a week off after release to enjoy the game. The time between Diablo 2 and Diablo 3 has been too long.

Looking forward to a great release and of course....HARDCORE
