Had no idea that other block values helped out blessed shield now, still trying to find the hotfix information on that. sorry if i gave ya some mis-information.
First i'll point out the obvious stuff in case your not aware:
Blessed shield isnt getting any bonus' from Insurmountable, hold your guard or your ring justice lantern. It's only getting beefed up by your shields block chance not your block chance * you may already know this tho but just making sure*
To me it looks like your playing a ranged Crusader so Insurmountable and Hold Your Guard shouldnt be used anyways. Dump them both take Divine Fortress and Vigilante for more survivability. Could use Rightousness in there instead of Vigilante which brings me to your next problem.
Not gonna be picky about the no wrath thing you got going on but I think you could put out more damage dumping shield glare and putting in a spender or dumping judgement and using a spender or dumping them both using a spender and a generator something like using Justice to generate then using Shield Bash or FoH (probably more towards FoH if ya want to continue with the ranged play)
If your using Judgement-Resolved you dont need more then 20% crit hit chance. This skill/rune combo is used to avoid the need for crit hit chance in some builds so that the build can then re-roll that stat in favor of cooldown reduction. Your sheet wont look as pretty without this stat showing directly but when stuff is judged you'll know in your head your damage out put is alot higher.
All in all its a pretty solid build but I dont think it's gonna hold up in t6 play not to say it wont i just dont feel it'll be efficient enough.
Hopefully this helps ya out a bit i know its kinda vague and doesnt tell you exactly how to play but what fun would it be if I told you exactly what I'd do and didnt leave you room to mess around
experienced this bug a couple times should have been dead in hc friend made it into the game and saved me not srue if i became invinvible or something cause i should have been dead
I use a similar set up to make a tanky sorc i use diamond armor and the wave that reduces dmg from attackers and found that if timed right u can pretty much never die the only hit u take is the one needed to cast the mirrors again without cooldown sort of a rotation of casting diamond armor after a hit mirror fill with waves take the hit diamond mirror repeat
I would like to see a ladder season more like PoE's ladder season
different events thruought different times of the day for a a coupel months each event awards points toward your season total at the end of season you get different items depending how far up the ladder you made it.
Ideally a ladder event requires a whole new character for the duration of the event that is then wiped or an on going ladder event where u can only use ladder character during event times or something like this anyways.
A system like this one rewards players that can only participate a little and also awards those that have no life and can play every single event
Sharing this with the Wizards cause well I play a wizard and we are awesome : )
Lvl a character to 58 and make sure the kill diablo quest is available at this lvl. If need be lvl your character in other zones if you have already progressed this far you dont want to kill diablo till your lvl 58.
Once your 58 your gonna need help from someone who is has all their quests unlocked.
Now your lvl 58 you have a friend that can help and your ready to move on.
Kill diablo now and get your legendary now go reset all your quests then get your friend to help you kill all Act Bosses. Save your 2nd run with diablo for last.
Each act boss will give you a legendary once you have kill Butcher,Belial,Azmodan, lvl to 60 then kill diablo to get a lvl 60 legendary.
This method will give your fresh lvl 60 toon 5 legendary items between the lvls of 59-60
Might be able to squeeze one of leoric as well before hitting 60 not sure if today's patch is gonna change that we use to lvl to 60 and kill leoric but with patch we now kill diablo last for the leg.
the build needs the meteor with the lightning bind to help root stuff in place the stun from paralysis alone isnt enough but the root makes a huge difference i would argue that u need to have electrocute as anything that cast fast with lightning dmg would be good i mainly choose electrocute tho cause i like to stay in my bubble with all the mobs that sjust me tho
First off last build I put up was kinda shitty untill a higher lvl so bite me anyone that doesnt see its potential ;p
Here's one i'm rocking in t6 right now works like crazy i'm killing elites stuff is dying reasonable fast and should be simple enough for everyone to see how it all synergizes together (havent steped outta act 1 with it yet but i'm but the skell king in his place a couple times now)
Use what every u want for passives as long as u got paralysis your good to go
You could also switch out Slow Time with whatever you want as well I just prefer it to stop projectiles as thats the only problem i'm having now is dodging those.
Build requires High Crit without the high crit your meteor wont root as much as you want it to and the build sucks i'm sitting at 65% with Pinpoint Barrier and between that and the Paralysis passive everything is pretty locked down.
Your rough rotation for this to work : drop slow time start using Electrocute drop your meteor repeat
if your dmg isnt capable of t6 yet just down a bit and destroy lower torments.
I've jumped the gun a bit on this build altho i still think it will work out at lvl 70 its pretty crap right now i'd ignore it untill i can confirm the dmg increase at lvl 70
Currently using this build and running Torment 6 somewhat smoothly i'm sure guys with crazy gear can probably get more out of this or tweak it to perfection but heres the rough in of it i've come up with so far
RMB - Magic Missle - charged blast
LMB - Blizzard - unrelenting storm
1 - Teleport - Reversal
2 - Hydra - Mammoth Hydra
3 - Magic Weapon - force weapon
4 - Storm Armor - Power of the Storm
Current passives -
Glass Cannon
Prodigy
Cold Blooded
How it Plays so far :
Using Magic Missle as a filler to keep arcane power up to spam blizzard creating a path inline with you and dropping the hydra between the mobs and you for the fire wall use teleport either to keeps stuff on your flame/frost trail or use defensivly to escape bull charges jailor arcane orbs or anything else u need to run from. Build uses all 4 schools of magic.
at lvl 70 plan is to use the new passive Elemental Exposure to make max use of all 4 schools of magic
I call this build THE ELEMENTILIST have fun with it i find this build really makes the wizard char feel like a wizard
Currently attempting to steam it at twitch.tv/fainflinnn but my cpu really built for streaming so its bogging me down a bit and i probably wont stay on it long. If ya have any questions hit me up in game fainflinn#1122

Shield Block Chance
Treat them as 2 different stats and the rest seems pretty straight forward.

I've always thought the enrage timers where stupid on the other bosses and players should be able to out skill a fight not be able to out nuke it.
Congrats again and well done

if ladders are out i'll be starting hc from lvl 1 right out the gate no matter what
if servers are all over i'll play thru with my normal toon thru all a5
if niether are present i'll just continue the journey with the hc char i'm playing now
