If fights in inferno take a long long time, then such builds could have a lot to offer really.
Here is an example of a Rocket Build.
Puncturing arrow = 230% wpn dmg
Cluster Arrow is potentially 1000% wpn dmg (assuming the rockets will all hit one target)
So yah, on paper. DH all the way, GG

if enemies are standing close each other each takes 7*777%=5439% weapon damage
