i was going to get online and play some oldschool earlier and it wouldnt let me, it may have been a firewall i had on (i dont think so as i play other games online) so i was wondering if the servers have been shut off? or if its just me, so i can figure out why it wont let me on. thanks again guys!

posted a message on about the Digital copy
so, the Fiance and myself are wanting to play diablo 3 on the 15th and we're contemplating buying the Digital copy. (thanks to my last post, with help from you guys) we were wondering if we could both play on two different comps with the same digital copy? as i assume the answer is we can not, i hope one of you can shed some light on my problem.

also while i have you here, say the answer is no, so we play at two seperate times.. on the same account with our own characters, is that legal? or do we have to buy two copys of diablo 3 for us both to play?

    Thanks for all the help!

I am wanting to buy the diablo 3 collectors edition but at the same time i want to be able to play at midnight on release if possible. i was wondering if anyone knew how i could do this, and where to go. is my best bet to go to a local GameStop and Preorder the Collectors edition so i can pick it up midnight of release? or should i buy online and is there a collectors edition DL pack? thanks for ur time sorry for the noob question.

I might participate in this ladder season. I'm thinking a skelly/revive necro. We'll see what happens. Great news though!

if your doing a summon necro i shall mention a few points that will be extremely tricky later in the game..

    1. Andariel, once your skellys are dead (witch happens fast) there is no bodies to revive
    2. Baal, again you have no bodies to revice

when i made a necro i did a hybrid type style, worked great up through nightmare. hell i had to be on top of my game. but i went with maxing skelly mastery, and only adding 3 skill points into skelly revive and skelly mages. i had 6 skellys (without gear) witch was plenty to keep monsters occupied and a Act 2 Defense merc (for defiance aura)just to boost all of our defense up a bit. then i went with the poison nova for my main attack. so i hit the monsters with (amplify damage) and then i hit them with (poison nova) while my (skellys & merc) chop them up. it works really good now that i have upgraded my gear. (merc having infinity is a huge difference) [my merc uses, infinity, eth fort, and gaze.. he can kill any monster in hell on his own and doesn't lose hp, he regenerates it fast.

i hope this could be some help to u, as for your first character when ladder is beginning i wouldnt recommend it.. there isnt as much help in the start as you will need

posted a message on Does Multiplayer have better loot?
all i can say, is that jay wilson him self said that he wants this game to be all about multiplayer. it was in one of the videos about why hes not focusing much on PvP. so with that in mind, im sure there will be many different features added for multiple people playing online in one game with each other.

it would be kind of redundant to just make mobs die faster.. obvioiusly in inferno it would be nice but im sure there will be more features. would be a fool to assume other wise.

I don't have time at the moment to look up the source, but Bashiok said this twice: once on the ol' classic forums and then he clarified it again on the new forums. Trust me, as of right now, the only thing that changes is the difficulty of the monster. No extra rewards are given.

i like this, as you see here someone else knows that things can and will change..

" Trust me, as of right now, the only thing that changes is the difficulty "
