I missed the reduced cooldown. Where is that exactly?
It's one of the new affixes that roll on gear, as well as part of the offensive tab in the paragon 2.0 window, and the new gem (diamond) also gives cd reduction if socketed on the head slot.

PS3 hasn't had a patch since RoS launch, it doesn't even have greater rifts.

I fail to see the reason of your post, but if you want validity to your statement i am not sure you came to the right spot, i bought it for 15euros and i'm having a blast.

Trailers can be decieving, i've watched Lost Ark beta streaming intensively and i can say although it looks cool it's too much mmo, rep grinding, you have a life lvl apart from battle lvl, that grants you advantages meaning you'll have to lvl up life by cutting trees and fishing and shit, dependance on parties to do content... etc...
I really like the whole "alone against hell" thematic of diablo, i just wish d3 was harder with skill trees and some more endgame stuff to do like survival rifts, boss rush mode, tower defense, etc... so when we do get d4 i hope it's just that, an improved d2/3.
Besides, all mmos (except wow) are dead anyway, ppl have moved on from them.

I don't understand how some people still think Necro is not coming in season 11, it's pretty much confirmed at this point...

That's already been fixed, now you only lose stacks upon going to town, they stay when you change floors (remember to repair though) xD
OT: Sup monk and a good dps (Wizard/DH/WD even crusader is good on 2man teams) should get you as high as you want with minimal effort.

Let's hope it's not a lost ark version of Diablo, it might seem too late at this point but diablo 3 isn't more because blizzard doesn't want to, there's too many good ideas out there to improve the game greatly that they ignore, to me it seems they want to milk wow a bit more before fully investing in a new rpg (mmo specially).

I've seen a lot of ppl still refering to it as "the necro expansion" in their minds it's an expansion, they fail to understand the difference between PAID DLC CHARACTER and a full fledged expansion...

Why do ppl keep insisting on shit like this? THERE IS NO EXPANSION! haven't you read any info on pretty much any Diablo related site for the past 6months+? 4th person i've seen today rambling about an "expansion" it's just a fucking PAID DLC Character.
