Just a little story. I was very desperate a few months ago, actually it was a year and 4 months ago.
I played WoW for over 4 years (i'm stupid i know), spent over 8 hours a day even on school days and job days EVERY SINGLE DAY. I took WoW too seriously as being MORE than a game, I had no friends except on the game and such, I looked nerdy and all, was so shy at school and when going out i was speaking to no one.
Now, I changed a little bit, I sold my WoW account (i was just tired of the game, got boring after 4 years of doing arenas...) then stopped gaming totally. In only 4 months after that, I met LOTS OF FRIENDS (the first 2 months were shitty since i had nothing to do) just by going out walking and trying some new things. Then I met my awesome, pretty & sexy girlfriend (which is watching me writing this right now and laughing hard XD), but yeah, she is very pretty ;). So now i have lots of friends, a girlfriend, im going back to school in september, i bought a car a year ago too, i'm much more mature now and i'm 19. Also, I started going at the gym 3-4 months ago and yup, i got those muscles and girls look at me... (but i don't care I have already everything i want, an awsome girl & life)
So, i promised something to myself, i've always loved Blizzard's games and Diablo 3 looked like CRAZY (played D2 for 3 years when i was 11). So i bought back an other computer for 800$ with a Razer mouse. Started making youtube commentary videos and i don't spend more than 3 hours a day on the game. I prefer giving to the community and being known & having friends than being a nerd no lifer. cause yes I was unfortunately.....
So yeah, i'm very active on those forums but most of the time when I write here, i'm with my girl in her bed and she also has her laptop on her legs
(just like right now).I know this story looks stupid, i'm just talking about myself and stuff but it's for people that are like me, like i were before... I know they are out there and can get out of that stupid addiction! The life is so much better when you have friends on which you can count. A game is a game, not a championship or anything. D3 is very addictive, i totally agree on that... But make sure to not waste your time on it, friends before anything else. When school come back in september, i'll barely have time to play the game, but i already have my characters lvl 60 and good geared so i won't have to play much either...

Also is there a major increase in gem and item plan drops. Cause I've just done 1 runthrough of Act 3 and 4 and probably 7 item plans dropped and 1 gem plan. Just weird.

I'm not pointing my dislike towards you, but when I see a post/thread/vid with whichever accomplishment done with a WW barb build, my brain instantly goes to "meh". Don't get me wrong, it's a fucking HUGE accomplishment to get to para 100 and I'm envious, but it's not challenging doing it with a WW barb tbh.
I've just checked the top 50 barbs para 100 on diabloprogress and ONLY 6 doesn't have WW as an active skill...cookie-cutters everywhere.

318 Monks
101 WD
286 Wiz
But yeah I probably sound like a major jealous douche asshole, but that's just how I feel

Why do objects have mass? We didn't have any concrete scientific explanations why objects have mass and that's where the Higgs Boson Particle (HBP) come in. Before the discovery of the HBP, this was a theoretical elementary particle (a particle with no smaller substructure. unlike an atom which has protons, neutrons and electrons in its substructure each with their own mass. Elementary P is basically the same as an stand alone proton with its own mass) that can scientifically explains why objects have mass. Somehow this particle explains why objects have mass.
It will be helpful to go read articles about the discovery yourself. They kinda explain it in layman's terms.

Mmm well yeah, your skills depend on DPS; so higher DPS = higher damage.
That sort of damage is on the weapon itself. In this instance (wizard), I think it only adds to your DPS and no extra "cold damage" since skills only depends on DPS. If you will physically hit the enemy with that weapon, THEN you'll do "+20-70 Cold Damage". So for a range class the "+ damage" adds to your DPS and not to specific skills.
Doesn't all weapons have this? Anyway it's almost the same as above. It's "extra" damage that adds to your DPS, which in return makes your skills better. INT as in Intelligence? This obviously makes the wizard's attack damage better. (I think, I've only played the monk and DEX increase my attack damage. Just hover over each in your inventory and you'll see what stats makes what better).
+17% damage is additional damage to your weapon's base damage. ie base damage = 100 damage. With +17% = 117 damage. So this is good to have. Whether this is already calculated into the weapon's DPS is probably correct, but I'm not sure. So basically you want high DPS. When you compare your items, everything on the weapon's popup is included, so you just have to compare and see how it changes.
Mmm, I sort of the same thing damage wise.
1. Base damage: 100 + 17% damage. Attack speed = 0%. Thus, lets say you do 117 damage/sec.
2. Base damage: 100 + 17% attack speed (never this high, usually 3-5%.). Somewhere in the region of 117 damage/sec or something.
But again. You only have to check, when you compare your weapons, which is better.
2H usually = more DPS, but the attacks are slow thus your casting will be slow.
One or two 1H = lower DPS, but the attacks are faster thus faster casting speed.
It depends what sort of skills you use. ie My monk uses two 1 handed weapons cause the monk generate spirit with attack hits. So faster weapons = more spirit gen. Dunno the wizards's skills, but if you for instance have like +100 health per hit, faster weapons will be better.
I think INT gives the wizard better damage or something. Mmm, depends how you're doin atm. If I kill demons easily, I'll rather "upgrade" my VIT and keep my DPS like it is and switch as I see fit.
I thinks it's included in the DPS. Blizz said they specifically did it like this, so we don't have to use 3de party apps to calculate your DPS...like in D2.
