Needs moar Inner Sanctuary - Forbidden Palace :)
I use a very similar build in team games, if I feel my team can profit from the pulling. I use Inner Sanctuary over Serenity, the protection is almost as good, lasts longer, also helps teammates in the area and cripples the enemy even more with the huge 80% slow and 30% damage amplify. Also I use Rising Tide for Crippling Wave instead, that way I can constantly spam Cyclone Strike, which interrupts most enemies and thus almost works like a stun. Helps migitating damage and also deals a lot more.
Dashing Strike would be my last skill of choice as well, as you say, try it once and you are hooked. I agree on WotFS being the best rune, dodge, stun or more damage feel gimmicky, and I feel 3 charges in battle are usually not needed, and when using it for movement, it hardly makes a difference, since recharge rate is not affected. Implosion is too good to pass, I would take the giant AOE over any other rune anytime.

I don't care too much about high-end trading being gone. What I hate is that you cannot even share items in a group of friends or in the same game. I realize it would probably be hard to find a way to allow this which is not abusable, but it just sucks if you and your friend are in the same game and you find a BoA item that would be absolutely amazing for him but has no use for you, maybe its even for a class you never plan on playing. There should be some way of giving this item to your friend.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion

Blizzard's main argument has always been, that they cannot add all information anyone could ever look for in the tooltip, it would be horrendously cluttered. And anyone interested in number-crunching will do so on a website and/or using a spreadsheet anyway, so why bother and put all this stuff into the game?Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
But while I see their point, I expected the "advanded tooltips" to show at least a little more information, the current advanced could easily be the basic ones (the current basic ones might as well have no tooltip at all -.-).
Also, most of the advanced informations available at websites currently is based off some dedicated players testing all these specific values, it would be great to have some sort of compedium by Blizzard, like the Arreat Summit for D2.

Avenger is champion pack only, while horde only works on elite packs, so this combination is impossible. Would be awesome, thoughQuote from Kamisei2400
Try the last of an avenger, fast, horde, plagued pack

Vampiric used to be stronger when mobs on inferno did a LOT more damage. Combined with the old Shielding and on durable, hard-hitting mobs like Golgors or those A3 shield beasts, it was a huge pain in the ass.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
But I agree, in its current state, its pretty much negligible.
but stuff like Vampiric or Avenger are really "meh".
Don't underestimate Avenger, they hit HARD, once you killed one or 2. Also, this affects their spells like plague goo or arcane lasers, especially avenger-amplified plague killed me a couple of times already, just because my recovery suddenly couldn't keep up anymore.

There are actually not many 58/59 legendary items. Dark Mage Shade and Pus Spitter are the only ones immediately coming to my mind. There are probably others, but compared to all the legendaries dropping on Inferno, the list is very short.Quote from shaggy
Maybe I'm the outlier here but the vast majority of the Legendary/Set items I find are 62/63. It's rare that I find 58/59s. Could be dumb luck, but I've certainly found more Storm Crows than Dark Mage's Shade.
Also, on mp1+, all monsters are lvl 63, and if I recall correctly, they have a higher chance of dropping 60+ instead of 58-59

Act 3 is the only main farming area which is largely populated by demons, and thats not even including A3's probably most effective area, Keep Depths lvl 2, which has mostly undead enemies.Posted in: Wizard: The Ancient Repositories
The usual farming areas in Act 1 and 2 (Woods, Hollow, Fields, DC, VotA) mostly have undead and beast (or whatever it was called) enemies. Oasis has some demons, though.

I seriously doubt your follower will get anywhere near enough kills to profit from Life on Kill. LoH on the other hand is very useful, of course.Quote from buddhavt
I would suggest Life after Kill and LoH. Even on mp10 my scoundrel does not die very often now.

Some elites are called "Garshasp", which is probably a reference to this game.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion

For any builds with high spirit consumption (Tempest rush, and almost any build using Wave of Light), the Templar is invaluable and will usually add more effective DPS than any other follower. 12% increased spirit generation is significant.Posted in: Monk: The Inner Sanctuary
Also, I like the Templar for his capabilities of spawning the Puzzle Ring goblin, the other followers are too evasive to spawn it in a reliable fashion. Other than that, the Scoundrel usually adds more DPS than the Enchantress.
Don't bother giving them DPS, you might reach something like 10 to 15k with top-end equip, it still won't make a difference on high MPs. You can use CC options or summon spawners mentioned already instead (Buriza, Azurewrath, Star of Azkaranth, Skycutter, Maximus...).
Also, on earlier paragon levels, you can add %exp items (Hellfire Ring, Leoric's Signet) and magic find equipment (20% rings, 45% amulets and 20% shields for the templar, also additional 45% for Sun Keeper and Grand Vizier on Templar and Enchantress respectively). 20% of these bonuses are transferred to your main character.
And the already mentioned Puzzle Ring is nice for the occasional additional chance of a drop and an essence (he drops not as good as a goblin you find in the game, though, not sure about the specifics, but his chances on an ilvl63 are much smaller).
