I'm farming act 2 easily and wanted to proceed to act 3 but I drop fast =/ (I'm dual wielding btw). My DPS is at 24k, with 1232 LoH (working on getting more), 53k Vit and 650 resistance to all unbuff (970 buffed).
Now that you can see my struggle =P, how much dps do I need unbuff, vit, and resistance unbuff? I'm not a fan of shield and board because 1 they are expensive and 2 just wanna feel like spartacus lol.
You haven't seen botters in diablo 3 yet? Also I played solo in diablo 2 with friends. They had 6 years to make this game and it's still isnt finished. Feels like I'm playing vanguard again. Also what were they thinking not making set items and legendary items better than yellow And blues? They have to patch it in rather than making them that good in the first place? You my friend are blind
Lol blizzard producing good games? Last time they actually made a decent game was burning crusade. From that point, all their games were bad. Diablo 3 is just like U-verse, talks about how good it is, but when you get it, it's so horrific.
This game is a joke. Releasing the game making set items horrible, some rares/blues better than legendary items. Wait let's wait until 1.1 to buff it and put item level to show why some blues and rares are better than some legendary and set items. Regardless what stat you use and seems to work, Blizzard will nerf it because they want you to play the game how they want. Where's the fun to that? IAS is getting nerfed obviously, but what's next after find a way to fly by inferno; crit chance/crit damage? This is irrelevant but doesn't it seem like activision/blizzard are now making bad games. Modern warfare 3, wotlk , cataclysm....
I know what you're saying. They focused too much on difficulty and forgot about set items being useful. The stats on them are bad that I don't even bother to look at anymore until they patch in 1.0.3. Now that I see it's not coming out for another week or two, no point of playin the game to just wear blues and legendary items. I even get bored playing the DH because I'm a glass cannon and sux getting hit. Also they are making the repair bill a lot higher and those glass cannon classes will have to rearrange their armor. Also changing IAS.
I can understand they want to make the RMAH active when it comes out, but at least do something with classes and buff some up. Kind of boring now that I have Barbarian and Demon Hunter at 60 doing nothing. Blizzard pretty much took the fun out of Diablo 3.

Was doing stuff before they hotfixed it. Now I would have to look for another farming spot.
they nerf it due to the simple reason they don't want you do "short and sweet" runs like remaking a new game for crypts or chain spawn games for the possibility of a goblin two steps away from a way point. Blizz wants you to farm via actually going through a map and then the next area. Essentially getting 5 stacks then hunting down a boss is what they want to push the player too.
If bosses drop better loots than packs, then I can understand what they're going for. But as Blizzard mentioned before, Elite packs will drop better loots than bosses.

I've read Blizzard is going to change Attack Speed. Is it worth gearing up the DH (and what stats) or just wait until patch. Which can be 2weeks - 1month....
