I found 2pc of inna´s so far. Chest(at 61 when leveling my first character in RoS) and Pants(few days ago)...The set pieces drop but you cant gamble them for shards...On a sidenote also found 5 pieces of the lv70 monk set so far but no boots or gloves which i need to use 3pc.
Here's my character, I would like to know if you guys have any advice for me
Get more HP.
NO! Dont get more HP! Hp's are useless, especially for monks cause we have healing. Armor and All res will always be better then vit, even if your thoughness says otherwise. At the same time, all your heals will be much more potent. I'm saying that out of my own experience : farming t4 and doing t5 in groups with 270k hp at the moment.
I just ran 9 Cavern of Frost and shes wasnt there... (the other one, Zalusa or something, was instead). So I am wondering, should I continue or did she change location??
In your case, the 10% increase crit chance is probably higher. With 440% crit damage, the 10% crit chance is worth A LOT of dps.
Try this formula in both cases to see the end results:
"sheet dps" multiplied by "skills damage of your lightning spell" multiplied by "lightning skill enhanced +%"
Example :
800 000 sheet dps
650% skill damage
60% lightning skill enhance
800 000 * 6.5 * 1.60 = 8.32 million
vs
915 000 sheet dps (increased by the crit chance)
650% skill damage
40% lightning skill enchance
915 000 * 6.5 * 1.40 = 8.33 million
In this random example, the crit increase is slightly better, but having more crit is usually a good thing, as there are some skills that procs with it (i.e. Sweeping wind)

For example the prison. I've seen this one often (maybe 5% of the levels (floor)) but with different mobs most of the time.
Another "set" I've seen often is the "Ghost mob" set. Like all the mobs on one floor are all ghost-like mob.
I doubt that there is an "empty" set though... This one is probably pure RNG. Imo, they need to fix this possibility, because it is very anoying.
The "long hallway" set is definitely RNG.
