It is not a bad thing to have as many backup gear as possible, as long as you have space, it's not a waste
I myself have five alts filled with only DH gear, and one for each other class, lately it's gotten to the point where I muled all my stored items to my other account, so my main account only has the playable characters.
It is up to you to decide to keep only the decent items. For example I made a rule for every slot, like there has to be crit and allres on a bracer, or high resistance if it has dex, for my monk. It gets easier to get rid of semi-decent items, so don't be afraid to sell/salvage, but my advice is that as long as you have space, you don't lose anything.

First of all please have a look at this thread, I have covered part of your question there.Posted in: Hardcore Discussion
The WD is arguably the best class to play low MP Hardcore, combining survivability, damage and mobility. Your pets gain defensive stats from your gear, so don't worry about them being weak in Inferno.

I think you are not far from MP0 act 1. You should aim for ~40k life, 400 allres and 15-20k dps. That should do.Posted in: Hardcore Discussion
The more your life the better, and with OWE you should be able to pump allres easily. I think you need to experiment with the dps, the main thing to keep in mind is survival, after that you can boost the clearing speed.
I suggest farming Tome of Secrets and crafting mats, as you can make enough money from those to buy decent-ish inferno gear quickly. I can remember doing Warrior's Rest for this purpose with my own monk back in the day. Another place you can farm if you feel weak for this is running the first quest, where you have to kill Wretched Mothers. The area is elite-free (can spawn a big purple zombie, not that hard) and the final Mother at the WP can drop Tomes. Also you can run Sarkoth and the Goblin in the Cellar near the WP.
I think there's no point farming Hell, because the chance you pick a sellable rare is low, it cannot drop Tomes, and the only profitable items are gems.
If you need any further info or help, feel free to PM me.

I have seen various effective builds for low MP, all of them is wrapped around the Grave Injustice - Gruesome Feast - Soul Harvest combo. By boosting your int this way, you can gain significant dps and resistances indirectly, also speeding up the killing and with that promoting the sustain from Grave Injustice.Posted in: Hardcore Discussion
The builds usually contain Spirit Walk and Horrify with the Stalker rune to pump things up furthermore. The remaining skills are choice of playstyle I guess, for HC Zombie Dogs with Life Link and a Gargantuan really help out.
I did go ahead and check your WD, as a friendly advice I should say that your lifepool seems distressingly low for Hardcore.

Hello there!Posted in: Hardcore Discussion
Hell will be a tough ride, you should prepare for it. Your life pool seems fine, but your dps is a bit low for late-nightmare. I suggest a socketed bow for your level (should be cheap).
Caltrops is a great skill, the problem with it on later levels is that is consumes your much needed discipline! You use Entangling Shot, so two kiting skills is an overkill imo. I really suggest you squeeze in Smoke Screen for Hell, you can easily get into a situation where only that will save your life, trust me. To be honest I never used slowing skills post Normal, as stutter stepping always did the job, but it is a question of playstyle.
If you want to reach Inferno with your own efforts I recommend hitting lvl 60 before Hell act 3 and stacking some allres, and really prepare for Hell act 4, it is the killer of pre 60 HC characters
As far as farming goes, if you hit Inferno the 1 mil budget should be enough to gear up an act 1 farming DH.
If you need tips on good xp farming places or want to jump quests feel free to PM me.
EDIT: I forgot to mention Shadow Power. I notice you have some life after kill values, together with health globes I guess that keeps you up, but when fighting tough elites the lifesteal from this skill helps with the cause.
