Back to play some D3 after more than 6 months away from the game. Figured playing HC would be fun (actually payed some HC before I quit and loved it). Thing is, I have no idea what the game is like these days (like what skills/stats became good, what got nerfed etc) and I barely played Wiz softcore a year ago.

So yeah, gonna need a hand here

Given this is hardcore (starting from scratch, not 60 yet), what kind of builds/skills you like leveling ? what kind of endgame build ? Anything I should look/aim at items/stats/etc wise ?

I could use any usefull inputs really !

Checked the video at 10 or 12 different moments (obv not gonna watch it all) and all i could see was Athene running arround never shooting an arrow, yelling jelly haters, and being obviously high on not sure what

did i miss much ?

And now a couple questions:

1 - Regarding upgrades, I was thinking a ring to complete the set. When its done I could change weap to get a Skorn so I can spam slow but powerfull bears with MP regen bonus from set. Thoughts?

2 - Regarding uber bosses, my GF and I are both playing WD (hers has about the same quality of stuff as mine), no life steal/life on hit sadly. If we want to duo uber bosses, what MP you think is best for us? Haven't tried them yet. We usually farm in MP3 and go for MP4/5 (particulary in act 1) when we want to get keys.

Would be nice to get some feedbacks!

Also, sorry to break it for you but it looks like some of your friends have been using the RMAH and just pretended they got lucky. 3 pieces of the set you want in a matter of days? Yeah, right.

I have about 10M right now, stuff on AH for another 10M

What do you think about The Witching Hour? it has some crit damage i'm lacking, and the atk speed is always nice.
At this point im wondering if its not the best upgrade I could get for ~20-30M.

Zuni body is nice but not a must have till i can't afford a 4th piece, and good zuni ring/mojo is really expensive..

Buying slightly better gems and changing the helm one is planned. Shouldn't be too expensive.

How is the zumi chest a great upgrade? I'm not logged in right now so can't double check but unless I missed something i'd "only" gain some all res + the all res bonus. Sitting on 400+ res right now I feel rather comfortable. Thoughts?

Now regarding the weapon, this is probably my next big investment when I can afford it (unless the set chest..). What about actually going for Skorn? I'd need to do some math but given how expensive good 1h with crit dmg + socket are, why not going for a Skorn ? I realize it would probably take a 1400 dps one with 300+ INT and good crit dmg.. No idea how compatible it is with my current gears though.. again, thoughts?

Edit: Oh and while i'm at it. Something really important that i've been wondering: How does the weapon displayed "dps" works vs INT ? In other words, let's say I give up on the 300 INT I have on my weapon, how much more pure dps do i have to gain to make it even? I'm guessing there must be some math but I have no idea how it works..

Been a while I didn't go shopping for my WD. What's good? whats decent? what's terribad? Where would you invest and with what if you had ~40-50M?

haven't played it in months, it's pretty much naked. Couple questions:

I'll have probably arround 50M to re-equip it completly (minus the necklace), is there any "must have" legendary/set item that is cheap enough on which i must really focus ? I feel like playing with two handed weapon (skorn i guess), don't wanna go WW.

Also, whats the kind of stat I must insist on? STR, VIT, crits and LoH I guess, so basically how much all res, LoH, crit dmg and crit chance should i aim at? I obviously want it to be good enough to comfortably farm inferno. I know 50M aint much these days but its my understanding that all the items that are great but not godlike/BiS are rather cheap these days..

Played WD, Wiz and DH so far but feel like finishing my Barb now that it's actually good. One thing though, is that im not a huge fan of the WW build. I haven't experienced it but I don't really like what I see. I'd rather go with a 2 handed weapon and a more standard build. What kind of skills build/gear setup makes it viabable enough for good inferno 3 farming?

I can probably free arround 20M selling some DH and mage stuff
