What I find funny, is the battle.net/d3 now sends you to http://us.battle.net/en/error.html however, any other 404 page during mait would not give you the 403... interesting.
edit: and other 404's keep the domain name, while that sends you to error.html which is their 403 page however just has the same text as the 404...

Well I think we can all agree something is happening. It could be very minor, like just prepping for the beta, or actually launching the site.
well it 100% has nothing to do with the beta

no, the guy above you is incorrect. 403 means its protected [nothing to do with mait or not]. however its also throwing a 503 (its not able to load its 403 error page because the website is down.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion

yes, you dont need the case or the manual. just send it in to blizzard (check the FAQ page) however it takes a few weeks and is not free.Posted in: Diablo II

I had not seen it before but when you put in D3 in Amazon you get some preview pics and the final is a trailer, and its actually pretty damn sweeet. Has the log-in screen city on it and some girl telling the narrative. get to see Tyrael and Diablo, <SPOILER>>> he totally merges with other demons, etc. you can see his head and the others screaming, its pretty sweet, worth a few. get some classic Diablo music on it also.
you mean the one from 2008?

as the poster above me said, it looks like they are showing it online. By g4tv is in fact a cable tv station. A lot of good stuff they show, is only on tv.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion

We'll we have to keep the whole point of the crafting system is to be a way to make gold worth it... so it might ineed be pricey. [Though as markco said, we really have no way of knowing] But even then, mixing this idea with the AH (gold or Real money) you could find a way to make money. Theres always people who wont think about what the item is worth in "mats" ..ect so theres loads of possibilities here. Only time will tell how much.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion

Depending on how they did that, it would be nice. reminds me of how they did the Smash bros for the wii.. I think the released a new character each week?Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
But I would say small things. Theres no way they could release big things each day. But as you said, maybe an item..ect would at least give some room to talk about something fresh each day.
