    I call this the PVP Techies (from dota) build. It's a close range build that uses lots of stuns/snares so melee classes will be in for a surprise when the find out the DH wants to get closer rather than farther away.

    Passives:

    Grenadier - makes you blow up and gives you more hatred.
    Tactical Advantage - chasing power for Chakram
    Thrill of the Hunt - immobilize for traps

    Actives:

    Grenades - place traps when stun proc
    Spike traps - lots of spike damage
    Vault - mobility + stun
    Fan of Knives - touch me and you die
    Cluster Arrow - major damage + stun
    Chakram - damages melee attackers and chase down casters

    What about skills like Breath of Heaven? Or the witch doctors rune for hex that adds a heal effect? it doesn't say anywhere that it scales with the weapon.

    "A blast of holy energy heals you and all allies within 12 yards for 15421 - 20166 Life."

    Looking at the huge numbers on the official site I'm assuming those numbers are for lv 60. Do you know if those numbers are affected by gear?

    I had an idea where if you had a group of four friends, one person could have mostly magic find gear on while the rest of the party had leveling/DPS gear on. If the support skills aren't affected (as much) by gear, I think whoever has the most support skills equipped would be best suited to have magic find gear.

    I noticed in some game play videos that the Wizard's magic missile is affected by weapon attack speed. Are non signature spells also affected by it? It would kill arcane power a lot faster to have quick weak Arcane orbs rather than less frequent more powerful ones.

    I guess another way of putting it would be: do non signature spells scale with DPS or weapon damage? I know it says weapon damage in all the spell descriptions but if this were the case wouldn't 2 handed axes be the best weapons for casters?

    Do you have a DH? I want to know how the quiver affects the main hand hand crossbow since some of them have different attack speeds. If it's just a raw +dmg then off-hands are better off with faster attacking weapons. This also applies to any other class that uses off-hands.

    I want to see something like the mesmer from Guild Wars. That class was basically the punishment class. Most of the spells involved certain conditions like: if you attack you take x damage every time, every time you miss you take x damage, if you don't attack within the next 3 seconds you take x damage. Then they had mana burns and interrupts. The only thing the class was missing that fits it's theme was some kind of mind control.

    I don't think this is a 'no more diablo games' topic. I believe a while back Blizzard said they would end Diablo's (the demon, not the game) story line with D3. They will keep making games for this franchise but the main villain might not be the three demon brothers again.

    I don't think you should have either magic find or gold find until end game. Once you play through normal to hell in leveling/DPS gear then start farming for gold/gear. End game will give better loot anyways. I think it would be best if you have a full group that trusts each other. 3 people will be in full DPS gear while the last person is in all magic/gold find gear acting as support. But the game isn't out yet so I don't know how feasible it is to carry one person through nightmare.

    There probably won't be a 'best' class overall. Some classes will be better at doing certain things while others are better at doing other things. If a class seems OP Blizzard will probably nerf it to the ground. In the end the best class will probably be the one you enjoy playing the most.

    I remember when I was playing Perfect World there were some people who spend amounts of money in a single day that I didn't even want to think about. New $50 flying mount comes out after update? BUY! New $30 outfit comes out (which don't add stats)? BUY! and oh look item X is on sale, must get N of those.
    The really bad (or good depending on who you are) thing about the game is you can directly buy coin (in game currency) with gold (currency bought with real money used to get items mentioned above). The people who spend $500 on the day that new items come out would probably care about the $200 limit. There was something like a $100-200 daily limit in Perfect World as well but since the game was free to play people just made extra accounts. Btw, $200 is roughly the cost of getting a pet that lets you solo everything in the game.
