They dont show it in this video but adria's voice instead of what she usually says in the current version. she says in the pre release demo is: "what do you seek.."
I can't remember what he says on the final version, but if this isn't on the final version, maybe this is a proof that Blizzard had already thought that the hero could be Leoric's lost son, back on D1! Maybe they changed that just to include 3 heroes on the release version.

this is the pre release demo of diablo 1 if you notice in the Gameplay a few things were quite different back then before it was first released. I played this many times before the final release the voice audio in the pre release was awsome!
Man that was excellent. I loved how dark it looked. I don't think there is much "light radius" experience in D3? Maybe I haven't noticed it as much.
