    I was wondering if we will be able to buy decent gear from vendors. I know playing single player for the last few weeks I definitely have found some upgrades from vendors in town. I hope they change it so you aren't buying a req lvl 3 belt of the wolf in hell like you do in D2 LOD now. Has anyone heard anything about vendors, or seen what they sell in the beta?

    With gold being much more important now too, I can definitely see them being able to offer great vendor gear for a good chunk of gold, and you would have to choose whether to buy or to try and find an upgrade.

    It would be amazing if we could get one new piece of discussion a day. Why can't blizzard just give us one detail of the game every day until release, we get that much info if not more at intervals. Say Blizzard started a daily part of the D3 website and each day they told us about one item~ stats looks and all, Or an exact skill and damage scaling, one runestone effect...etc. This would definitely keep most of us speaking about something new all the time, at the time being 90% of the threads i see still complain about what happened on the NDA lift, or have someone complaining about it in each thread. We all want info, I think this would be something that would keep many people happy, and a variety of talk in all D3 forums.

    I think if wand+ shield carries the same stats as a 2H staff why would anyone pick the staff?

    Any sorc's in d2 using shields? Why talk about only barbs using them...

    - Grenades knock enemies back( can be sent in all different directions, good for spreading tight groups )
    - Throw 3 grenades (horizontally parrallel to you, don't know how else to explain) that create a barrier against ranged attacks, it lasts for X seconds.
    - Throw 3 baby penguins filled with gunpowder
    - Throw 3 Ice grenades that form a circle of ice on the ground where they land slowing enemies who walk through.
    - Clump grenades so that they all land very close dealing one bigger blast.
    - Distraction grenades that cause enemies within range to target them for 1 second.

    - The hammer smashes enemies with range into the ground immobilizing them for X seconds.
    - The hammer is thrown tomahawk style and damages all enemies in its path.
    - The hammer is cast during WW increasing damage by 100% until WW is complete.( spin with the hammer )
    - The Rage cost of Ancient Hammer is lowered, and it can only hit 1 target now.( boss kill )
    - Hammer of the Ancients strikes in 4 directions, and each attack deals 25%(25-35% would be acceptable I bet) of what the damage would have been.
    - The hammer deals intense damage causing hit monsters to flee for X seconds.

    - The barbarian leaves his weapon impaling the ground, then leaps and it causes an electrical line of damage connected from the weapon to wherever the bar is for X seconds.
    - If the barbarian lands and hits 4 or more enemies he enters a 3 second frenzy mode increasing damage and Ias. ( or kills 3+ enemies)
    - The barbarian releases a Tornado moving in a random direction dealing X damage upon landing.( higher rune= more tornado's or stronger ones)
    - If there is an enemy in close proximity upon the leap, the barbarian carries the enemy into the air and uses it as a weapon, releasing it upon landing knocking back foes and dealing X dmg.
    - Leap attack cost X% less Rage but his range is also reduced by X yards.

    I think we will only know when we see legendary and top tier gear. If all classes get powerful legendaries with some MF thrown on it (Occy, Shako) It makes it much easier and fair for all classes. Killing a boss with a barb and switching to dual- 6 isted phase blades for the final blow was kind of lame... As they keep saying farming bosses won't be the best way to get items, it will probably be whichever class can play comfortably with high stat+MF items. I found an Ohm in old school cows with my Frost Nova sorc.

    My personal favorite place to MF in d2 was the pits, if I can deal with immunity. Once found a CoA, Andy Visage and eth Zerk axe in one run ( my best mf run ever). It wasn't the gear though it was how each run was different(somewhat anyway) and it didn't feel like teleporting to mephy, and tricking him into death. More high lvl drops = more chance of better items. And each run taking more than 45 seconds made it feel more like playing a game and less repetitive.

    I would love to see the best way to farm be.... playing the game, full act runs with friends.

    People may be able to very very easily take advantage of the personal drops, even a badly equipped character can support a great equipped one. If my friends barb is geared out, my WD can wear full mf gear and drop a few zombie dogs, and cast a few support spells. We will be able to clear areas quickly and I will be getting drops using absolutely no stat gear...

    - Confused for a longer time.
    - Confused enemies may be sacrificed and deal damage equal to their health to all enemies within range (not serious, but would be cool)
    - Confused enemies have an increased magic find drop rate if killed while under your possession.
    - Confused enemies deal poison damage in addition to their normal damage in the form of DOT.
    - Confused enemies take damage over time in addition to fighting by your side.
    - Confused enemies deal more damage by X%, which is increased by X amount of confused enemies.
