Actually ur chances are better than that, given that there were 4000 ppl that entered, lets just say, and 50 keys are being given away. Since a person cannot receive more than 1 key it would drop the total number by 1 with each winner increasing ur chance (im not sure the correct math formula for that as im not a math major :P). Given 2 chances for every drawing does directly increase chances of success by ~50% overall from your original % of victory. To make things easier without accounting for the increased returns and give the best chance for success 4000-49 = 3951 entrys so 1 out of 3950 = 2.531004808909137* e^-4 or ~4.5% with to out of 3951 entrys = 5.062009617818274*e^-4 or ~ 9.2%
This contest is an obvious scam to give keys away to their friends. The first caption winner ahd no caption and the second winner was one out of 20 of the same post, not to mention obvious unoriginal and boring.

Made and replied to by how many people? 20-30? If that? Out of the 3400+ posts from people we looked through.
I'm not going to bother counting but there is under 10 threads about this, two from the same person.
I personally believe that the winner had a funny "caption"(or whatever you want to call it) and deserved to win, but im here to just point out a flawed argument :P. 20-30 people of out 3400 you say? well check out how many brand new accounts people made for this contest? how many people only have one post? how many people will ever post again? How many people did multiple posts? how many people are too lazy to post about this? I think a good chunk of people believe that this contest was "flawed" but i think the best way to stop people from being angry as people have mentioned would be to pick the mods top 10 and let the people vote on the best one.
Ps: i know i never had a chance to win my pictures sucked haha and i only did them for fun.
edit: also it would be best for the rules to be very clear because there are many people on this forum with English as their second language.

Posting later on about adendoms and stipulations to rules doesnt sit well with me. It makes the whole thing seem shady at best and hope this can be rectified in the future.
Also say that because there were 3400 post ( alot im sure by the same ppl reposting and replying) doesnt mean that those of us commited to the site and posting about it dont matter. Im sure out of those 3400 post there are many ppl just doing it for the contest and dont normally follow the site so please dont diminish regular followers.
And in that decision a vast populace has questioned the legitamacy of said contest. Obviously from the number of angry posts the contest has only spurred resentment for the site and its practices.

The fact tat runes are not currently in game makes no difference though. Both of the primary abilities are currently in game and are testable; the runes would just make it a stronger combo. I'm surprised that no one has either tested this or responded to it.
Whilst playing around with the Monk skill builder to compile a hardcore character for myself a question arose to me. The Blinding Flash skill states Create a flash of light that blinds all enemies within 20 yards for 5 seconds. Blinded enemies have a 30% chance to miss with attacks and will not attack unless they are attacked first.
Now if I use Exploding Palm first The first two strikes in the attack deal 100% weapon damage. The third strike causes the target to bleed for 65% of weapon damage per second for 3 seconds. If the target dies while bleeding, it explodes, dealing 40% of the target's maximum Life as physical damage to all other enemies nearby.
Coupled with Indigo:Creeping Demise: The bleed effect hits up to 8 targets standing in front of you.
Then use Blinding Flash, will the lingering DoT on the enemies break the mez effect of Blinding Flash.
If not, Indigo: Blinding Echo: 3 seconds after using Blinding Flash, a second flash of light will blind enemies within 20 yards for 2 seconds.
Would also be a nice addition.
While I think the DoT will break the mez effect it is not unlike Blizzard to allow DoTs to run their course without breaking CC effects. Has anyone seen these skills together in action and could give me some insight, thx.
