I think in pvp, due to teleport (which is instant moving compared to the other mobility spells/abilities) and some heavy nuke spells like meteor, the wizard will be on top (and it is still question mark what archon can do). The monk can also be good thanks to healing abilities, but of course far fetched decisions cannot be made until the new skill/rune system is announced. Hope we get some answers this week...Posted in: PvP Discussion

I thought I was the only one to find this strange. I still have hope that I am not an alien with too much emphasis on aesthetics...Posted in: Site Suggestions and Questions
I think it is 2px because it ment to give embossed look to the menu, but I agree with you that it doesn't feel right. My other theory is that the second line should be black like on the top border but it was left colored...

My first will be a wizard and after that I will roll a barbarian. The sorceress was my favorite character in D2 as well and the wizard will have some very interesting spells, like slow time (which I fall in love back when the wizard debuted) and archon.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
The witch doctor is also very interesting, because I loved playing necromancer back in the old days.

If I would have the chance to get into the beta, I would gladly give feedback about the bugs I find, but as most of us, my main reason to try out the game is to see how it feels. People are starving for personal gameplay experience and to see if their most anticipated game lives up to their expectations, though I think a small percent of them are giving feedback to the development team.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
If someone is lucky to get into the beta, help out the developer team with feedback, to get this game out as fast as possible!

Hard to decide, but I think I will play with a wizard first until Inferno. Sorceress was my favorite class in D2 and the new spells are very interesting, not to mention the possibilities in their runed versions.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
I will then try out Inferno, but maybe I will roll a barbarian as well before digging deep into the hardest difficulty.

I think D3 has to win very different audiences, which creates friction between these groups on forums as well. Many D2 lovers still live in the past glory of their beloved game, while in 2012, there are a lot of new factors that should match to make a game successful. I was playing with D1 and D2 from the very beginning and enjoyed every tiny bit of them, still I love the direction D3 is heading by only reading all the available info on sites about the game. Sometimes it is very hard to let the past go and just enjoy the (new) ride, but I think this game will live up to the expectations.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion

Male barbarian named Wulfgar and a female wizard called Viconia or a male wizard called Ignus. I'm a huge Forgotten Realms fan...Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion

This update looks very good, quality interface for skills and informations. Hope they will implement some into the game UI as well, because it is not bad, but it could be improved (the crosses and question marks on items for example looks kind of weird).Posted in: News & Announcements
