The only way my interest in an upcoming game would wane is if a very strong contender is currently out (i.e. less than a year old). Runic really should have finished Torchlight 2 by now to cash in before D3 comes out but as it is they are going to see a lot less sales since it seems like they aren't trying to get their product out before the Juggernaut comes to wreck them and take most of the isometric ARPG pie.
quit whining about Android...that market is very fragmented which is why most developers head to iOS first. Android eventually gets a version in most cases but get used to the fact that it nearly always gets second dibs. It's not going to change unless Apple loses their mind and starts licensing their mobile OS all over the place.
As far as the app: Awesome but the ad sometimes flips to top and covers some of the UI. Also it's dangerously close to the X when it's at the top which makes it really difficult to casually hit the X w/o having Safari pop up.
Do you guys really need ads to support this? There are plenty of free apps that have no ads. If you're really fans you wouldn't be trying to make a profit off this.
I don't like that gems have a base stat along with a random one because then you're limited to at most, stacking one of those base stats to try in a build. All gear has items that have purely random properties (outside of possible unique effects) but there are no gems with this properties. Even runes have only random bonuses (aside from the actual skill change effect).
what i saw was that unattuned runes will have 1 or more random properties while colored runes won't...so if you want those extra stats you're going to have to gamble with the unattuned runes
i dont like the scroll of reforging penalty...make it cost me gold but not turn the item into major tedium having to repair really often just because it took 5 re-rolls to get the stats I wanted...less fun should never be a payment for a better item (which is supposed to make the game more fun)...it's basically robbing peter to pay paul. Obviously I don't have to use it...but that doesn't make it a well designed scroll.
the least they could do is blast out keys...if they are giving themselves all this extra time they can fix whatever load the new players put on the server
And yes i'll buy the game, but it's not gonna be becouse of the "great" service and customer support blizz has provided, but beacouse i waited over 10 year for it to come out.
So first you say they better speed up or no money. Now you say you're buying it because you waited so long?

wow 3 years for Diablo expansion? The WoW expansions have to amount to a hell of a lot more work and I don't think any of them took that long. I know he said "within 3 years" but really it should have read 2.
