    2) Make a kind of rift like a defense where you and your friends need to defend something (random examples: Cain's Soul from reapers , a gate from monsters , an angel from demons etc), monsters that come in either endless waves , or during a specific time (30 mins , 1h , 2h ) , rewards varying from a spot on a ladder (ex: Clan x - 1st place - time survived 45 mins ) , to completing those 30 mins , 1h ,2h rifts with loot.
Great idea tbh, kind of dungeon defender. Diablo needs similar systems.
no it doesnt , it needs to be better than what it is now , that system has no place in diablo. i wanna play diablo where is kill hordes on monsters and get some badass gear , not dungeon defenders 2.0 or w/e
No one here said that it should be instead what is now. Just another mode, if you don't like, you don't play it.

Well it's not new idea but make Diablo 3 modable game like Torchlight 2 where for example moder can make new classes, maps or even whole acts, allow players to play that on custom and voila, you got your longevity. Whats also cool about such sytem is that Blizzard could see what is popular for people so that they can implement some ideas in patches, next exp pack or whatever.

On another note make a system similar to what follower goblin is, that when you take lets say 50 rare items you can make a one time small enchant to your gear, lets say +50 int/str/dex/vita. Or maybe some animation enchant just for flavour.

Also some life quality changes like different tabs for items/gems/enchanting mats. Inventory is now a big mess.

Very simple idea would be to make a rift where you have a timed event, lets say 5 minutes and you have to kill as many mobs as possible. Rewards could be greater/scale with every hundred mobes killed. You could add ladder to this, make different difficulties.

I'm getting really tired of those whiners on the official forum... They keep beating the same dead horse over and over... wow this, d2 that...
That's the reason I don't visit official forums, not worth it. I'd rather read and post here. I can't imagine why people complain about transmog anyway, it's cool feature.

I guess I'm the only one that will miss AH. I don't like to waste time for trading, it was most annoying part for me in D2. AH itself isn't bad imo, just the itemistation system, the rng part to be specific. I can see why people are cheering and its ok, but i also fear about spambots mainly those that join games to spam like in D2. Guess i have to wait to see how it will be.

    Quote from trocadero_fuerte

This is my biggest problem. I don't want to chat, no matter how fancy the interface is, to buy and sell stuff. I want to post an item, and then go and kill more monsters. The AH in and of itself wasn't a problem; the items, item systems, brutal randomization, no sinks, no binding, no variety of item affixes, etc., were the problem. The only direct negative consequence were the bad drop rates, drop rates that existed in D2, w/o an official AH in it.

Basically, they made a sandwich w/ a bunch of rotten deli meats and spoiled mayo, and decided to throw out the bread. Now you've got meat and cheese and mustard all over your hands, so you have to take a bunch of time cleaning up instead of actually eating your sandwich.
I just saw your post after i posted mine, and i couldn't put it up with words like you. Its exactly what i mean. Bashing monsters, while items sell themselves is a nice thing in my eyes.

posted a message on Diablo III - Reaper of Souls Datamined Class Changes - including even more Crusader abilities
I do like Crusader abilities. Can't wait to see them in action and hope he will be true tanking class. I like the idea of getting into middle of mob pack, taking all of it 'on my chest' while others spam spellstorms at it.

No changes to WD so far 'only' new spells/pssives but still nice info.

That would mean Blizzard is actually listening to players ideas.
We've had many many threads on DiabloFans suggesting some loot dungeons though, there's not one name tied to it, before you start looking.
I know, I read them and I'm happy seeing some of them being implemented in one way or another into game.

Aren't portals located around world in Nephalem Trials another idea from a player? I'm sure i've read about that here at Diablofans or it was Kripparrians idea? That would mean Blizzard is actually listening to players ideas. And no second class breaks my heart. Crusader looks cool but i want Necromancer ;(

posted a message on What is a Skill or specific Skill Rune you wish was more viable (how would you improve it)?
It's hard to choose just one skill that needs improvements, as there are so many that need to be improved. In general i hate 3 general things about skills:

    1. Six spells at a time is too limiting, especially when you play a class like WD. Lets say i decide to use Dogs and Gargy and Jaunt is almost a must (i believe that i've read at some site with stats that 90%+ WDs use it). That leaves me with 3 spells to choose. And Dogs and Gargy are rather 'passive' skill. Cast once a while and thats it. I guess its similar with Wizard 'shield' spells etc.

    2. Long cd for some spells like Fetish Army, Big Bad Voodoo, etc. If i could use 10-12 spells at a time it would be ok'ish. Having passive skills to reduce such spells cd is just bad design imo.

    3. Recasting spells which have short duration. The best example here imo is Spirit Barage skill with a Manitou rune. It is a cool spell but recasting it every 20 sec pisses me so much i don't use it. Especially that i have to stop character to cast it. I someties think that someone who was designng that spell was a sadist.

What i think would be better instead of endless spell balancing? Make people use 10-12 spells. Six to eight like now, two defensive slots, two slots for spells with high cd. Not that i want to have op char or whatever, but in my opinion six skills at time is what really limits players. Almost all will use best nuking spells with one or two defensive for optimal grinding, and wheres fun in that? Hence you got the problem with all those Archon/Zerker builds.

Of course this is probably most likely the situation. I've been speculating on this for a while now. I suppose being late is better than none at all but the same time you can't justify using expansion to fix what needs to be fixed. A good analogy to this would be to buy a brand-new car this year and they are some serious problems with it so the company releases a new version of the car that addresses all those problems but you have to buy a new car to actually have those problems fixed.

I am excited for expansion not for the fact that they will hopefully have the majority of problems fixed but rather that there will be more content for us to play with. God forbid they put something for endgame people more than just paragon levels.
I agree on the part that buying a new version of something only it fixes problems of an old one is bad thing. Unfortunately its easier and quite a doable thing for a gaming company. Afterall price of a game is a small percent of car price, and its kind of aceptable for an avarage person to get 'newer' so it fixes problems of older.

Same as with DLCs to other games that add end game content or proper end of story line. Its kind of like a cheating but its what game industry is like now. Its bussiness, and no one cares what people think as long as they buy the product. Hence why we have a 'batallion' of comunity managers, so a company knows to what extent they can manipulate on people so they still buy their product. At least thats what i think.

I'm also excited about expansion pack but to be honest what they can add apart a new act and a new class or two? Runes and runic words? Maybe an 'open world' that they mentioned latley. Rest of it would be an overhaul of items, crafting system and propably skills (maybe so that we have synergies) and that basically would be it.
Repaired stuff will be sold as a 'new' one, people will be excited for two weeks and than i bet we will have another year of patches :)
