The poll options are a bit biased; for my part I'm happy for a supposed console version but not to be released simultaneously (that would be selfish), so...
But wy would anyone even think about trading items with you on the spot when they can get money for it in the RMAH? That's about the only problem I have with the RMAH. They would probably trade it for an item for there class of equal standard. But this would probably just be a problem at the end game. Still I feel like there's a problem with it. One of the reasons Bashiok mentioned wy people would like to keep you alive in a party was that you might get an item that someone else want. But if you can make money by selling it, wy then bother trading it there and then with someone you've played a couple of hours with? I myself can see that it would be a good thing to do because if you get farther in the game he or she might trade something with you. But can you really take that chance? I don't know. I think that because of this players will rather play with friends rather then with people they don't know.
The thing is that with an AH you now have some sort of "standard value" even if it fluctuates. You could potentially buy that magic weapon the other player dropped cheaper, or trade an item for another item that if you sold it for gold to the AH (assuming the gold AH) it would be less.
I believe I read somewhere that Blizzard may include sub gameplay or sub-genre styles later on, something involving players and monsters. Their main concern was making sure these sub-genre styles maintained the "feel" of Diablo III, but these sub genres could include zombie apocalypse scenarios, defend the village, treasure hunting, etc. Just wild guesses.

I just don't get it why nowadays the gaming community is in general so awful. Really...I remember back in the days when there was umm...respect? People respected between themselves and the developers, even if they did something wrong they respectfully complained or actually didn't complained at all.
We all know the internet is such a bad place, etc etc. But the gaming community, really, I played such games like Diablo, Diablo 2, Starcraft, Warcraft 2, Warcraft 3...I left after some time and some years ago when I returned it was left such a mess. Little kids everywhere and flaming and trolling rampant.
Could the community get back to the golden days or enter a new era or tranquility? Or we are just doomed to this ... ignorance?
Remember that we now have a set path through the acts (taking less to walkthrough I expect) but dungeons are still random and there are random mini quests now.
The thing is, it limits greatly the trade options and items you can buy/sell. I understand the idea but if you can only trade in the same game, you're pretty much not trading at all. You could be better playing solo and get more valuable loot than with your game's.
If you can only trade with other 3 players, what are the chances they have something that you want, or even less, something worth trading?
I know Blizzard knows what they are doing but sometimes in the midst of criticism there should be some support from the community to raise their spirits. They are currently uder heavy pressure trying to keep up to Diablo's standard and some support would be nice.
TBH I prefer it this way than D2. Like there leveling up one level was unimportant. I want my level to be worth something...my cumulation of XP to give something rewarding
The way I see it, more levels reduce the value of each individual level
Items are called loot in this game for a reason. They are your bounty, your incentive to go out there and fight under the risk of getting killed. Sure the quests and XP are nice and all but we all know the big part of the Diablo experiencie is the loot.
