Well i have two CE ordered from Amazon one with estimated date 5/15 release date delivery and the other 5/17 one day shipping and they both have been updated with Shipping soon, so maybe i'll get them both on the same day?
Yesterday i called in Amazon about my CE pre-ordered that i had placed on March and asked her a simple question which was do you guys normally send pre-orders early because my order still hasn't shipped or any info given... She then went to change my shipping speed to see if i would get it any earlier and afterward couldn't reverse it back to release date delivery which made me furious... i seriously couldn't believe i would have to wait 2 more days for it to arrive and start playing... the lady changed the shipping speed without me even asking her to do so, i asked the lady where she was from and she was from the Philippine and didn't even know what D3 was... and i would now have to stick it out for another 2 days without D3... i was seriously pissed and luckily enough i went to check on the D3 CE on Amazon and BAM... it was up for pre-order and i was able to quickly snatch another order with the release date delivery, I was going to post that Amazon were still taking more pre-orders on here but by the time i went to double check they had stopped taking Pre-orders and it was gone just like that.... I was really lucky that i was able to make another order with the release date so i'm basically keeping both orders to see which one will ship earlier and might just resell the one that gets to me on the later date, I also received a $20 credit to my account for the mistake the lady had done and was able to order The Book of Cain for no more than $4 with the credit.
I'm hoping i get mine early instead of May 15 but i can only hope =x i ordered my CE from amazon the day they announced the release date for D3, first time pre-ordering a game from Amazon.

People can't expect to be able to grab a CE a couple of weeks before the game comes out and more importantly a game like this which is the most anticipated game of the year... and if someone can afford more than one CE for whatever reason then that's their decision and no one has the right to judge them on that. This game is LE so there are only so many copies and i was originally going to order my CE from my local Gamestop but when i went to try to pre-order one on march 15 they were already sold out on copies so luckily that day i saw Amazon still taking pre-order and snatched one quickly from there. If someone really wanted a CE than they should of foreseen the unexpected.
Can Blizzard stop beating around the bush already.... JEESSSH all these BETA COMING..... SOON is freaking annoying. We know the beta is gonna be out in the next couple of weeks and some people have already even gotten their beta invite and yet Blizzard still keeps the COMING SOON date? I get really annoyed by that, just put out a date and stop beating around the bush with the BETA COMING SOON crap.

Y'all totally missed the most important thing to remember about the RMAH's effect on PVP: matchmaking. If a player buys gear from the auction house, hes going to be matched with similarly geared players, there will little to no instances of "gear face rolling" as long as matchmaking is taking place.
In terms of y'all talking about competitive PVP.
It has little to do with finance. Jay has stated numerous times that they don't want the game to be expected as an e-sports game, because extreme balancing would damage the fun value of the product. We are talking about a game which has billions of builds, how could you possibly mitigate all of the functions into a tight rope balancing program? This game will not be balanced as an e-sport, so why support it being competitive?
You seriouse? We're not asking for an E-sport balance game or even a balanced game but atleast give us the options to play pvp in different type of modes... This game is lacking competitiveness which a lot of players want atleast some form of it. You ask why support it being competitive? because it brings more fun to the game and more options to those who want it. I currently see this game as an endless grind for gear when in the end you won't really get to do much with it, since there won't be much pvp support and AGAIN we're not asking for a completely BALANCED game but atleast give us the options to have more fun with this game. Blizzard is really only interested in the PVE aspect of the game because that would mean more people grinding for gear which equals more people to put stuff on the RMAH which would equal $$ for Blizzard but neglecting PvP is not right either.
It's sad seeing them rush the game like they are doing so... if only they had more developers? more time? but it's clear that Blizzard wants this game out by this year, which i would love but seeing so many things rushed is kinda a bummer.

This..... Seriously i'm so mad about the lack of PvP.... and while some say IDC I RATHER PVM... i don't understand how they could? I mean... i don't see the point of farming the same boss hundred of times just to get geared up and not have a challenging pvp system or any system at all....? This game to me after these recent changes feel more like a business than a game with RMAH and a half assed pvp system.
I honestly don't think bottin is going to be much a problem with the security bnet 2.0 should have, but i do worry about 3rd party sites like d2jsp where one could just buy Forum Gold with money and buy gear from other people without having to put in any effort at all... I just hope blizzard tells them that's a big NO NO.
