posted a message on What will you be listening to in Diablo 3?
I actually pretty much never listen to anything but what the game has to offer. I don't like playing games with music on. My brother is often making playlists and such when he is gaming though, but he plays a lot more games than I do. He still usually just listens to the in-game music more often than something else of his own choosing - maybe he just hits the in-game music saturation point sometimes. Oh and from the OP's choice of bands, I can only agree with Pink Floyd. I don't really listen to Pink Floyd, but they've got some good music. The rest of the bands are just plain awful though.

In Peanuts, Lucy would always hold the football for Charlie Brown to punt and then pull it away at the last second and he would fall on his back.

    Just throwing ideas out here...

What if Titan was a starcraft MMO but with a large universe like Spore and instead of a single character you had a small nation that you could grow and make alliances/wars etc

    Is new IP.

Depending on how spaced out the Waypoints in Diablo III are (about 10 minutes is what I heard), then removing TP's will be no problem at all. It will be something that we'd all get used to pretty quick.

I think 10 minutes apart is too far. Joining a game and traveling that far to reach the group would take too long.

posted a message on Blizzard's "Anti-Modding" Stance: Another Look
Some kind of mod integration into Bnet would have been cool. They have an extensive SC2 editor and custom maps. D3 mods might be quite different from a custom map, but some kind of system could have been implemented. It might take a while to patch when joining a new game or something, but an efficient system would likely not suffer too much from this. I think that really would have extended the life of the game, giving it nearly endless replayability. I agree with Blizzard that a map editor is not really needed, but there is certainly much more to Diablo than a random map. I don't get why they wouldn't include any mod support, it's really unfortunate.
