Mods can surely make a game better or worse.Quote from trocadero_fuerte
They dropped the ball on mods, WoW is a much, much better game b/c of all the various mods over the years, many which become part of the standard Blizz UI. Imagine D3 w/ Auctioneer.
I don't think they dropped the ball at all. Considering how mods can change a game as well. Mods like DBM and Recount, two of the most popular mods in WoW, would have no place in D3. Simply because boss fights and dps work a lot differently in each game.
I don't think auctioneer would help either much to be honest, with the prices some people put their items at these days. Items in WoW are completely different too! Everything from epics, set items, and blues all have stats that can't and won't change. Whether in D3, everything has different stats. Unless there's a mod that can read the rolls of my items and price it accordingly, then that would be awesome. -

When do these changes go live on the PTR? Still getting 300mil per hr even after downloading "newest" patch inside Shadow. Maybe it will go live in a few days?

If I were to actually answer that question though, I would have to say Azmodan before his fight was changed. The mechanics were just a nightmare sometimes. Pools stacking on one another, those damn meteors hitting like a truck late in the fight......actually those two mechanics right that were probably the worst of that fight.

I don't see it to be much of an issue OP. Even if we didn't have adventure mode to start off with, you'd still be getting people hitting 70 super quick anyway.
If how fast people were leveling was really an issue they would have kept seasons exclusive to solo play. That way everyone is on the same level. But because coop exists, you're always going to get huge variability in players levels. There'll be a big difference in levels between those who choose to play solo and those who choose to play 2/3/4 player coop.
I think the duration of the seasons wouldn't really cause this to be an issue anyway. There's more than enough time to get to 70 and start rifting/G rifting/ farming.
If the seasons were shorter however, it could very well have been a different story.

Maybe if you just keep at it with the emails and tickets then they'll probably give you the response or even communication that you're after.
Either way, best of luck with it mate. Hopefully it all works out well for you.
EDIT: Lol I meant empathize, not emphasize.
