I would not think so, we are a large community that has a 'clan' and a 'competitive team' for SC2, we hold a lot of community events, and break the community into a few segments so our players can get involved with what fits them the most. We also put all the money we get back into the community. The leaders are 'well-off' worker bees, and we just want to ensure a cool/no-stress place to hang out.
I am one of the leaders of Relentless Heroes -- www.relentlessheroes.com -- I represent the largest Starcraft 2 Clan currently in existence, we currently have over 300 active members, with many more community members that join us on our TS3 server and Battle.net chat channels.
We just made the decision to start pursuing Diablo 3 since we are all planning on playing it. We are looking for players that are as excited as we are to join our player base.
I am an advanced coder, and I am currently finishing the clan application system to support Diablo 3, but if you are interested, please register and post to the Diablo 3 section so we can let you know when the application system is up and running.
We will support both hardcore and casual gamers, with some distinctions post launch. My inclination is we have a very large contingent of people that will migrate to Diablo 3 when it is released, but we are looking for a fresh 'core contingent' that will help guide the direction of this segment of our community.

I wanted to take an opportunity to let folks now about the recreation of Knights of Tristram {KoT}. I will keep this short and I hope this isn’t to SPAMMY but please check out the site www.KoTGuild.com – it was just remade, so it will start getting populated with content shortly.
We are a guild that has been around since 1996, although our leadership has migrated around several games. We are a no drama group that expects active users, and has a quickly growing roster. The founder of the clan is an adept developer and financially independent, as such expect dedicated resources and top notch (non-cluttered) site integration.
