Maokai was disappointing. The way I figure, his Q ans W need buffs, especially his Q, while his E needs a damage nerf but buff it in terms of how fast it flies in the air, how fast it runs to target detonation, and how fast it recognizes a target after you throw it. It sucks, because I thought he was going to be damn amazing.
Jarvan also looks pretty fun as well, although his ultimate is basically a longer cooldown less effective Veigar stun with some damage added to it.
I am mostly playing Zilean, Tryndamere, Anivia, and Shen lately. I still play HoN more, though, and am getting a bit into the original DotA.
Ahh, League of Legends. I would say the only other game I spent more time on is WoW. Great game, although it needs work... it needs work. The skills are horridly boring, and it lacks many features. But Riot is working on that, and I do not plan to rush them.
I have been playing HoN a bit lately and I much prefer its skills, but damn the interface is horrid. I have gotten use to it a bit, but it is still horrid. Just like the original DotA.
If anyone wants an Anivia carry in LoL or a complete noob in HoN to play with, let me know!
I believe all the DotA games are good (aside from Demigod), and I enjoy all of them to an extent. I mainly play LoL though.
My main gripe with the original DotA is it is on Warcraft 3, which runs like shit and the interface is and looks like shit. I have gotten too use to the smooth interface on LoL which runs quite well. It is also very attractive and not too large, unlike the Warcraft interface. As for HoN, well, I just did not like the speed of the game very much. A little too fast paced. Also, I could never tell which person is my enemy or ally; the same holds true to DotA. LoL tells you this very nicely. I also like the fact that LoL has more actives.
As for balancing, I assume most people are ignorant to take a stance on this, since most people have not researched it themselves and take opinions of others and from general communities. They all have imbalances, no surprise. I cannot speak for DotA or HoN, but LoL and has some pretty amazing imbalances. Hell, even one of the MAPS is unbalanced. Dr. Mundo, Garen, and Mordekaiser are all 3 ridiculously OP heroes, especially on the unbalanced map previously mentioned. Mundo is typically fine on 5s though...
As for community, they are all terrible. LoL is no better, as some people claim it is. Not at all. As for being more casual, probably. It is free and has a cartoony look which typically attracts the more casual players.
Do not even get me started on people saying one game is harder than the other... the difficulty levels are all of the same, because it is a team vs. team online arena-like game. If it is "easy" for one team, it is just as "easy" for the other. It crosses itself out.
As for DotA 2, it is basically the original DotA; even bringing over many of the characters. I probably will not care for it if it brings nothing new.
I think the legalization should be dependent on how it effects the economy, not the health of people. People die more from cigarettes and junk food than they do from smoking marijuana; why not ban those? No more chocolate dammit.
That is about all I can say though, because I truly do not know what marijuana legalization WOULD do to the economy. If it would better the economy, do it. People should be able to make their own choices on their health.
Those kinds of things happen rarely. Not necessarily molestations, but kids not realizing it was molestation/abuse is rare.
It's so rare that they spend so much time with all this sex ed about bad touch good touch... um, sure. Kids are clueless. That situation is not unrealistic at all. Add some "adults are always right" into the mix...
Something being rare doesn't make a particular case false. Just means you don't know.
On top of that, Yahoo Answers is a huge place for trolls and silly questions, either to trick people or receive funny answers.
I also know quite a few people who take Yahoo Answers seriously... and I have found some very good answers on there, as well. They vary in quality, and the rating system is often pretty helpful.
You seemed to ignore my strongest argument.
Well I was not molested as a kid so I do not know first hand, although I do know the whole shenanigans about someone molesting a kid and telling them not to tell anyone... but the fact is, they probably know something is wrong with it or at least has a slight suspicion, and are too scared to tell anyone. In this Yahoo case, it is very straight up told.
Look at his display picture. It has "I am a troll all over it". Also, he looks back at elementary school, implying he is no longer in it. If he is in middle or high school, he DEFINITELY would know. At that point there has been sex ED, as well.
Ugh, you are so easily trolled. Those kinds of things happen rarely. Not necessarily molestations, but kids not realizing it was molestation/abuse is rare. On top of that, Yahoo Answers is a huge place for trolls and silly questions, either to trick people or receive funny answers. Also, take note of the author's response to the best answer. That is not a typical response.

EDIT: Oh, look, there is an "other games" sub-forum. So convenient. Except not really.
