    You cannot upgrade a Runeword or socketed item.

    This always gave us a starting ping of about 100ms and then it got worse from there depending our your net. Back in D2 when dial up was pretty common, this meant there was no hope in the world for me to ever pick up a nice item, but with this new system in D3 I suppose ping won't be as much of a problem anymore.

    Nonetheless, Aussie server or not?
