just tried to kill belial out of fun with my new Lightning Monk

I dont know thatt the items are not the best until now but i have this monk really fresh to lvl 70 and im still working on it.

So i just got killed by belial without having the near death expiriene triggerd. And it was not on cool down. Is there anything i shoult know about this? Is there anything what keeps it from working?

the Most problems accured because im really new to the game.

I made the Mistake that i just didnt knew that i can only roll one thing from the fists for example ... I need a wall for my head ....

The Emeralds for the Legs are now in there i simply ran out of emmeralds to craft them

- Missing MS from Boots slot to free more Paragon points for Dex

Actually i have seen the Quide and i build my monk after it. I have the Whole Ulianas Set and the Rest of the Items is quite the same as Quin recomands. I just need better jewelery and something for the kunai cube Armor Slot. Maye a better Fist of Az Turasq and i have to give it a socket

And i know that my paragon is low but honestly .... some Monks have nearly the same equpiment and still do about 3 times the damage.

Is there some kind of secret?

Im still fairly new to the game and altough im quite sattisfied with the game and the chars itself, i think im quite open for many improvements.

this is my main monk. I think its a pretty standard Ulianas Build but still im standing still at GR 33 or Torment 7 and without Sevensided Strike it feels like i do no dmg at all.

What can i do to improve? i Know i need Sockets with the Perfect Emerald in my Weapons but i cant change it with the Imbue thing at the sorceres and i neather have that one thing (sorry forgot the name) which you need for the cube.

Still i cant imagine thats Everything.

My Paragon is 236

50 dex

9 movement speed

50 crit dmg

9 crit chance (might switch that)

50 resist all

9 live reg

50 resurce Cost

9 live per hit

Then i dont know what item ill put in the cube for the armor slot. Any suggestions here?

Normaly i dont like to play chars which are such Glasscanons like this monk (for example i think the innas sunwuko build nearly even more fun altrough i dont even have the sunwukos set ) but shes quite a monster and i like this.

Im quite sure as well i allready can go higher in GR but still. is the Dmg enough`?

the main is the monk by far of course so this one will be focused. Im not splitting the time too much but i just wanted to try out the others and i will play with them too but not as much as i want to play the monk.

the spec i have now is jsut something i tried out while waiting and no its not going to stay.

Still i need to find something but i think thats more for the monk forum.

thats the next thing. i tried to get the cube a few times with different caracters but i dont get this thing. is there a good guide how to get him? on Youtube it doesnt seem too hard but i just dont find it.

Hello Guys

So im new in the Forum and quite new in the game.

i have lvl 70 monk, barb and WD all on season and i have a problem going to greater torment difficulties.

The WD is ok because he is a Mage. when i go for the Poisoncloud Build i actually can deal damage in hihger rifts but i dont like to play that way.

When i go with the barb or the Monk (and the Monk is my favourite by far)) then im stuck at torment 1 (its even difficult with the monk there) because i dont do any damage and to be honest its a little frustrating

i tried to skil them like i see it in really good builds from your site but without the right items it just doesnt work and i dont think ill get the items in the lower rifts. At least it doesent seam like the very good items are dropping in lower rifts. The Bounties give me plans very rare ant the sets i have (i figured the elite sets wont be done with plans ) are not very good with exeption of 1 item here and there from a very good set but theres never a second showing up.

Can you guys please give me some tips how to increase my Damage? i cant stand playing my monk at master or torment 1 only
