I assume you're a religious conservative. I really don't understand where all this non-sense about friends, real life, spouses, or anything else you said has any relevance.
Back on topic: Does 2.4 come out at midnight? or mid-day Tuesday?

They've been polishing, fixing bugs, creating content as they go. They've been taking feedback for the longest time. All the content is done and has been shipped. The only thing left for them to do is polish the game up before it's release. Don't compare the massive failure of D3's launch to Grim Dawn. Just because it launches next month doesn't mean it's going to take another year to finally finish it. This is how D3 worked, but not GD. Dont speak about RL or priorities, as it differs from person to person. You have no place to tell people what they should or shouldn't do. Try the game yourself, join the community, take a look at their forums before you speak.
Grim Dawn is super alpha and super early access. As a serious gamer, I will no longer buy into any early access stuff ever. I'm done with that.
As a "serious gamer" you should probably know that Grim Dawn is now content complete and on track to be released next month
It still is a fresh game. All fresh games, including those from Blizzard who usually release with pretty good QA, need months, if not years, of polish. Yes, it is super promising, but if you are jumping into the game right now, you must be a bit optimistic. Nobody can tell how the support, content, balancing, late game etc will look like in a year or so. For Diablo 3 we can rest assured that it will be there in a year. I really hope for you and everybody else interested that it will be the same case for Grim Dawn, but you can not say that for sure right now. As you grow older and get a RL and all that sh!t, you'll realize that your time is limited and that you have to optimize and prioritize. You will learn that jumping on a game on realease day is usually not a good idea. It is just your primal instincts following the market hype and a f*cking mass hysteria. If the game is really as good as it promises to be, it will become even better over time and there will be no harm in joining the fight in a couple months. -

Any big streamer should be at a minimum of P900. It shows he/she has the hours played, and has the capacity of high tier gameplay, which results in higher tier builds and videos. He clearly spends more time making videos than he does playing the game. Anyone can come on this website and take a build and make a vid on it with a bit of your own spin on it.
This is why I find streamers like Quinn, Chainer, Mikhail, Debo, Anthony, Jmacc to be more credible because they are in the top tiers of gameplay, with the builds and gear to show for it.

The video is horrible because it's rhykker. Hes a noob making videos for other noobs. Game has been out how long now, and he managed to only get Paragon 600s. Shoots any credibility he has down the drain.

I see some people bashing leaderboards, then go on to say the game takes no skill. Oh really? then where the fuck are you on the leaderboards? You can make top 500 without being P1000+. Then you say its all RNG, getting lucky with the gear. We have the cube now, you can target farm items. Now that you can get the gear, where are you on the leaderboards? Game takes no skill? Stop copying the builds you see online and play the game naturally and make your own builds. Get the items and try to make the top 50. You can't because you suck. This isn't a question of time invested. If the game truly took no skill, #1 - #1000 would be all the exact same GR lvl just different finish times.
On a side note: Seasons is shit, I did it just for the frames and went back to NS.

The fact that the number of non-season players drastically dropped when seasons started shows you're wrong.. It's not like none of the season players would not play non season if it was the only option.
Speak for yourself and not for the community. Saying that clans are seasons only or the majority of people play seasons is false. If you want to claim ridiculous statistics then bring facts with you. It doesn't make sense as to why you are trying to bash NS so hard when its the exact same thing as seasons except seasons has exclusive items/gems. Sorry to break the news to you but NS and Seasons are both grindfests, seasons being MORE of a grindfest. You have to farm your items and paragon all over again, and you say thats far less grindy? Think logically and don't let your bias cloud your judgement.
I play both, NS more often. Finding people, groups, other clans to play with has never been a problem. People just assume that 99% of ppl are playing seasons.

I'd be much happier with seasons removed. Having to restart every few months is getting old and boring as fuck. Remove the season exclusive items and just keep the frames/pets. To those saying that the game would be dead without seasons, you are right; because the game is still broken even with these new patches. Seasons is just a gimmick to draw in the new/casual players to make them feel like they can compete with everyone else by starting fresh. Let's hope they revamp the entire fucking game in the expansion, and fix all these problems once and for all.
