    Ari Brownstone
I just purchased two items on the real money auction house that never showed up in the completed tab and I was therefore never able to move them to my stash or equip them to my character. Below is the information for these orders:

    Item name Hellion's Orbit
Time of transaction 24 Dec 2012 09:36 PM PST
    Sale price $3.00
    Sales Tax $0.00
    Total price $3.00

    Item name Glistening Prize
Time of transaction 24 Dec 2012 09:54 PM PST
    Sale price $3.50
    Sales Tax $0.00
    Total price $3.50

All of the other 9 items I purchased at that time showed up in the completed items tab and I was able to successfully transfer them to my inventory. Only those two are missing. Attached is are 2 screenshots with the order IDs for the missing items.

    Hey there,

I'm not seeing the items you listed in your purchase history. Please provide the order ID so we are able to locate them. Please note: It can take about 3 days for all the items to show up in inventory.
If you have any other questions, feel free to give us a call or send in a ticket online.

    Happy Questing!

    Hi Madeleine,

I attached two screenshots containing the purchase history and order ID for the two missing items. I apologize if I did not make this clear. The order IDs are:

    Glistenting Prize - 125673####
    Hellions Orbit - 125670####

Both of these items never appeared in the "Completed Items" list within the "Completed Tab" of the Real Money Auction house after I purchased them so I was never able to send them to my inventory.

    I hope this helps.

    Good afternoon,

I hope that the day finds you well. Thanks for contacting us regarding your Auction House issue.

Blizzard customer support does not have the ability to adjust, modify, or alter any items or commodities purchased within the gold or Real Money Auction House in Diablo 3.

If your auction is having an issue granting you the gold, item, or money, please allow 5-10 days to pass after the auction has ended as there can be a delay in the return of goods.

After that time has passed, and the issue is still unresolved, please post to the Diablo 3 bug report forums for further assistance.

    Regards,

Are you serious? This is not the quality of customer support I have come to expect from Blizzard. I purchased a virtual item with real money, it never showed up on my account, I have provided records of the purchase, and you tell me I might have to wait 5-10 days, and even then I might not get the item? In my mind this is verges on stealing from a customer. At the very least I would expect an instant refund for the items that have not appeared in my completed items list. My opinion of a company I used to love has dropped significantly as a result of how your department has handled this issue.

On a side note, Diablo 3 is requiring me to enter an authenticator code every time I log in to the game. This option is not checked on my account management page. Please fix this.

posted a message on Monk Attacks Look Lackluster Compared To Other Classes
I gotta say it. I want to play the monk. I think he would be the funnest to in terms of gameplay as I have always liked light melee classes but I feel like his attacks don't have the same shock and awe effect of the wizard, which doctor, and barbarian. Gonna go for wizard my first time around for this reason. The Demon Hunter suffers from the same problem IMHO.

I call this build Ice Tank. It is a wizard build designed for survivability through kiting and increased ability to take damage in Hell and Inferno. I also picked up a few arcane power regen options to avoid getting stuck without resources.

Some armor will show the beads and others will leave them out.[/IMG]

Hmmm how so? it looks like the male and female models are both wearing the same chest piece. Perhaps monk specific armor sets would have the beads/perhaps the armor the monk starts with has beads included...

    Hi,

The monk class looks incredibly badass and I can't wait to play him. My only issue is the giant necklace of beads he wears. I am sure some people will like it, but it seems to stick out and not really mesh with the whole image of a badass fighter in my eyes. I am guessing that necklaces that are found won't actually show up on your character. I guess I am wondering if the beads are a permanent addition to the monk's appearance no matter what armor you have equipped? Maybe some kind of toggle button would be cool? Thanks for the help.

posted a message on Will two characters be able to have the same name, or will they be unique?
    Quote from "Danitor" »
From what has been said in various interviews and articles, as of right now the system for character creation will be the same as it was in Diablo 2 - minus open battlenet. So in other words, you will have the option of creating and saving a single player only character on your hardrive and will create/save all multiplayer/online characters through b.net.

Because of this I will doubt that they will be allowing multiple characters to use the same name with the exception of dopplegangers in different realms (USEast vs USWest). Having multiple characters with the same name would convolute the messaging/chat system for unnecessary reasons.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew how naming a character is going to work. Will it be like world of warcraft where if somebody else on battlenet (instead of your server) has the name you want, you won't be able to use it, or will it not matter.

I was also wondering if diablo 3 will be similar to diablo 2 in that you can choose to either create and save a character on your computer, or on the blizzard servers, or will it only be on the blizzard servers as WoW is and will this effect not being able to have the same name as a character owned by another player? Thanks.
