    This has been happening after purchasing and installing Necro patch, Diablo 3 won't start up. It starts to, then crashes and gives an error saying, The application encountered an unexpected error. I have tried every suggestion in all other posts on this issue.

    Currently this does not seem to be working effectively on the PTR and basically they are dropping with random stats, although maximum, so meaning they have a high chance of being rubbish.


    I dropped a Chantodo's wand on my wiz - ideal stats would have been 10% damage + 10% CDR or even 7% IAS to use with 1000 mainstat which could have been rolled off, however, it dropped with INT, VIT and LoH and is therefore no more than 15 forgotten souls.


    I have to say I do not think this is the way primal ancients should go and is simply a different direction of travel from the previous iteration that could roll 30% more powerful than current ancients. In NS I think this will be a bad thing as perfection has just become achievable and most of my clan will have perfect gear for at least 3 characters very quickly, it may even destroy NS play even more than it already is. In season the high end players will have perfect gear also fairly quickly - not nearly perfect as they do now - PERFECT!


    For example weapon is probably the most important slot and looking at the PTR I will probably play dps wiz next patch, there are 2 wands which are useful and 11 wands a wiz can drop that means with 200 - 1000 (if I am very unlucky) upgrade rares in the cube I will have the perfect weapon for the full patch duration, not nearly perfect absolutely perfect on Day 1.


    I personally do not think this is the way to go with primals either, they would be better not being in the game at all than being in it like this.

    All stats on primals should be 'changeable' but on significant cost: gold and/or mats (existing one, like R. gift, or some new)

    Primals need to bring some new content but blizz don't have idea neither incentive to apply it atm. But it is not reason not to discuss and bring out some ideas - good or bad... Devs are those that decide what will be.

    Looks like somebody is botting and don't have issue with mats = primals. OK ban me from forum, but someone should ban you from D3.

    There is still some HOPE to make certain use of Primals as they are defined so far. There is one thing, relatively rare but not enough exploited, Ramaladni's Gift. Why not couple this two, Primals and Ramaladni's Gift.

    IDEA:

    1) don't allow primals to be crafted in cube and

    2) allow ALL stats to be changed but on expense of certain amount of RG and significant amount of gold.

    Well it is true, but the fact is that you can actually go through walls also, i can do it with crusader while not in steed charge mode, please try it, i'm not making it out.

    Just for info, not for showing off... I have earned it in 3rd day of season 5, was paragon level of around 500. Did that with DH, UE multi shoot build. Avarice and The Thrill conquests. It took me less than 30 hours. But still annoying fact that PC players have to struggle through season conquests while at the same time console players got a lot of stash space for free.

    Seriously, sometimes monsters (especially elite) stay 'alive' after death. Additionally, sometimes they can make damage but cannot be damaged itself. Can it be repaired Blizz?


    And I wish to share with you my ideas regarding game quality improvement.


    1) Can time delay between two consecutive levels be zero? Sometimes passing through doors between levels lasts to long and causes some effects (like Taeguk gem) to be disrupted.


    2) Introduce Yellow shrines in GR?


    3) Make ancient items salvaging give at least two forgotten souls?


    4) Make possible to salvage legendary potions? I guess, at the moment potions cannot be salvaged from safe reasons (destroying them by accident) but it would be nice to get some reward after finding potion that u don't have or already have.
