This has been a bug ever since the mimic helm was introduced. The mimics ignored all limits on all primary skills that have limits. This affected corpse spider - spider queen and firebomb pyrogeist. I'm not on PTR so I don't know if they "fixed" pyrogeist.
The rest is just standard Jade plus Quetzalcoatl, Wormwood legendary procs both Fetish sycophants and Bane of the trapped because of the two belts, Furnace grants even more elite burst damage.
The hope is to create a T10 farming machine, with trash mobs dying to the Locust swarms and elites to Soul harvest, fetish sycophants to clean up any remainders.
In-geom might be an option for you for insane skill resets after nuking elites. Might not be able to do T10 though.

You didn't take FA into account. Assuming 55% FA
Before:
8*1.55*100 + 15*100=2740%
After:
If all closest are FA: 5*3.8*1.55*100= 2945% + 3 melee FA + 15 melee FS
If all closest are FS: 5*3.8*100=1900 + 8 melee FA + 10 melee FS
With SMK + Zuni2 cooldown on FA, FA's might be closest to WD.
But FS spawn next to WD.
Many are considering dropping FS and putting in a different passive.

In 2.2, when the grin reaper clones caste cloud of bats, it doesn't do damage. It is cosmetic only.
I don't know if they has been changed in 2.3.
In 2.2 there is a bug where reaper clones caste multiple Spider Queens (the WD can only caste 1).
I've had 15+ spider queens on screen at the same time (in 2.2).
If it works same way in 2.3 and the reaper clone spider queens get the set bonus, then it might be powerful.

Belt of Transcendence only procs on spenders. Darts aren't spenders.
