best album was self titled, followed closely by follow the leader. after that i have very little use for Korn. Although it's not entirely their fault. My taste in music has evolved. I'm listening to more of a despised icon whitechapel sound a lot more, and my favorite band hands down is lamb of god. BUT! i did hear Korn's new little single they are playing on the rock station around here and it isn't bad, so thumbs up to them for kinda getting back to what made them awesome so many years ago.
Just my two cents...im playing a zon now, single player with players set to eight. I'm act II nightmare, and unless im just terrible, which i may be, valk is basically as invaluable as my bow.
My two cents...D2 is low top ten. We all know this. Half-life two is low top ten. I have a few problems with some of their choices though. Final fantasy 9!?!? That is easily the worst one. Having only played some of 12 and not having seen a movie and prequel made for it, id have to go with FF7 as the best, and that game, if you've played it, is top ten material. Metal gear solid 3?!?! how about metal gear solid, and thats it. If KOTOR makes top 50, then neverwinter nights 2 needs to be at least top 20, possibly removing KOTOR from the list, because it is superior in every way. moder warfare 2 has exceeded sales and play of 1 in every aspect, even in the face of a boycott. If theres gonna be a zelda, it needs to be link to the past, or possibly ocarina. Resident evil 4 was cool, but the original make a lot of people happy/scared shitless. Umm, anyone else think that even though many of the subsequent games were trash, just the legacy and awesomeness that was spawned by tomb raider deserves a spot somewhere? Agreed about super mario 64. not familiar/havent played many on the list, so i guess this is were i stop, and some FF8 fan tries to find where I live...psychos.
Really good ideas here. Mattheo seems like he is putting in some good thought to this idea as well, so props to you guys. One thing that keeps popping up into my head is weapons that share characteristics with other weapon types. For example, military picks. Axe class, but in reality, it would not behave like an axe, considering it is mostly a piercing type weapon. There are far fewer of these in the D world, but there are some, and it would be interesting to see if this was implemented, if you could get cross weapon-class mods depending on the actual form of the weapon. It may make some of those more viable. Although I still probably wouldn't use a military pick.
Your mercenary is a bow class, and he/she is firing flaming arrows. At a certain point in the battle, they turn too quickly and ram an arrow right in the back of your head. This would give you kind of a ghost rider look. Your character turns, and goes, "WTF man? Standing right here the whole time...asshole."
If you haven't attained a certain predetermined level by the time you reach a boss, he laughs at you, turns around, and uses a torch from the wall to light a fart, igniting you in a smelly conflagration that ends in your death.
although, let's not forget, if she were to be included on a secret level, we would be tasked with killing her, not doing.....other stuff. Which is not appropriate for some of the D3 audience. but we can dream....
I'm just so relieved that one of my favorite bands, Unearth, has just been removed from the screamo genre by a screamo fan. Its metal and that's all there is to it.
