Which servers are the most heavily populated? Just bought LOD again and would like to create an account but must admit to being stumped as to which servers are nice to join.

I just wanted to know if I could get my old account back? It's still here after all these years, back when the site was still called diablo3 or some thing else I can't remember. I used to post in the art section. The account name is Brashen, and the email account it was attached to is long gone. Would it be possible to reclaim the account?
