when playing in a party, especially public always have a array of movemnet skills on (e.g. sprint, furious charge with mercilous assult rune, warcry with chilaniks chain) should help you keep up with the pack
i see several things the OP can change his gear for the better
CDR on shoulders (if you find you havent got 100% uptime on WOTB)
life per fury on belt
get a different chest with elite damage reduction
IF your maras is still rollable then get CHD on it, your missing 100 chd right there, otherwise get a ammy with str/physical, chd and chc even if there is no proc
change bloodthirst for nerves of steel
in my experience BK setup is better but CD on WOTB is a problem w/o the zodiac ring, if you do want 100% uptime on wotb then hybrid is best for now on NS

lol you guys are wrong about Skull grasp affecting dust devils from waste set, it will ONLY affect WW damage, DD's remain the same as before...

so far i havent seen or heard of this happening on PTR yet, i could be wrong tho
maybe they fixed it, lets hope so
