It is weird not seeing maintenance announcement just for d3 and hos. department funds been brought down ? for the patch , it's really not necessarily to be tomorrow for eu, could be just 1 day before the seasons hits or on season 5 launch. my speculations stand with their new moto. "Released On or Before x/x/xxxx "

    Quote from entro

LoN horse will overpower norvald+akkhan by about 25% and still have perma horse without the set.
Do you mean cubed In-Geom , or kill streak for the perma horse? need clarification if In-Geom was mandatory for this build.

posted a message on PTR 2.4 - Item Proc LoN Build Concept (Video)

    Quote from Zekgo-next

I guess the best way to get all those ancients is to split-farm bounties for the crafting mats to reroll the desired legendaries in the cube? If that doesn't drive you crazy first...

TBH I wouldn't try specifically gearing for LoN, even though it's better in some cases than 6 piece sets (and rightfully so because it's much harder to gear for). I would just do it as you get the items, and capitalize on any 'double bounty cache' weekends like last season (I got about 400 mats that weekend, haven't done bounties since, and it's enough for about 2 character LoN reroll setups).
That's what i loved about LoN, since it's too hard to gear for , gives another set items some room to be played with for the casual and the hard core players. just great design for an item to change the whole perspective of d3 gaming.

I am not sure what build is currently the "Best"

a couple of weeks ago, wiz had the highest greater rift on PTR,

so... i guess that is currently the "Best" but i also think that you should play the class YOU think is the best/most fun. (as i think everyone else does.)

I have mained monk since season 3, and i think its a fun class. Especially with the Uliana's build in season 4. So... I personally will be playing mostly monk this season... probably one of the Inna's builds. And i may, i repeat, MAY play the LoN Captain America Crusader, or LoN Monk. but i will most likely main with the Inna's monk.

Wizard had gr 115 due to a bug, it's now back to 81 with dmo, crusader is the top solo atm.
All classes seems in a good state, just seeing monks a bit behind at gr79 with only 1 monk at 83 with TR flurry LoN build. think the nerf to the thousand storm 2 set piece was a bit harsh.

Thank you OP for this topic. i'm too on the ropes with choosing a class this season, my playstyle is that of a lazy laid back while watching a movie , and wanted to know , which of the classes are the fastest to farm t10's. so far i red that thorn horse sader is . still need confirmation if it true or was that pre thornes nerf.

    Happy I could help :)
top 3 for speed T9/10 is gonna be; Ulianas, Locust WD and Raekor Barb
Great , that's what i had in mind to start off with the season , i was going back and forth with either WD or Crusader. only thing i'm concerned about is that WD requires full ancient set to be effective in speed farming t10's , although it is a long process and it is what it should be for a diablo like farming game. meanwhile , it would be opportunistic to gear a wizard as a LoN Explosive Blast build for speed farming or as a LoN spectral blade build to push GR's. now i don't know if it is possible for spectral blade build to be on ladderboards , but if it did, that would be really awesome to have. it owuld prove that LoN is a true game changer for D3 and what meant to be for such game. only thing wanted to confirm if LoN damage effects Legs and gems procc damage , we could see a really good use for such amulet as Moonlight Ward .

posted a message on Need help on Ancient Calamity ReRoll for Nat set

Cooldown reduction for more Rov casts what you need, and IAS hurts your hatred regeneration when using focus and restraint. if it's my way and i don't have an ancient natalya's slayer , would reroll IAS to %dmg and have calamity on my main hand. the CDR perfect mark for rov build in high gr's is 50%.

Very creative use of an old forgotten cache mace and easy to gain gear. maybe add Wreath of Lightning gem as an option for more Movement speed. other than that , it's a stress free build , +1.

    Quote from Cap75go-next

that even though Stampede is consistently is hitting for billions it does way less damage to you when reflect is up than either EF- Focus or MS. I really don't get the underlying mechanics of reflect damage. Perhaps, with Stampede anyway, the knockback had some effect on Reflect.

    Quote from wudijogo-next

MS-Arsenal has a proc coefficient of 18%, CA-SS/CA-MS has a proc coefficient of 20%. Reflect damage directly scales with the proc coefficient (you can test this on Siegebreaker).

Let's say hitting with a proc coefficient of 100% (e.g. Entangling Shot) will deal 100k damage to you.

My assumption is that Rov coefficient is very low, either way , i die really fast off strafe damage while both nat 6 set and bastion of will buffs are up, if i'm in wing it mode.

posted a message on Cannot seem to break GR40 (fustrated)

Anarch's and Winged Assassins are my worst in gr40+ , get 1 shot and they sometimes charge off screen. what do you guys do? skip the GR or do you patiently try to kill them off screen before they do ? another thing is Etheron rift guardian , noticed that if the templar is alive, he would tank him and i would position my self just around the corner to have a charge free environment. in this case, think templar relic immune to damage is key for rifts like this.

Think Dead Man's Legacy may hold a big factor of the spike's of lethal damage as well.

I know nobody cares but I'm just saying, if these people get away with it, i'll just quit the game... I'm not happy about it especially since it wouldn't be because of the game itself but it just would make playing after this pointless to me.

If you need a reason to quit the game (ie over what happens to other players), it's likely you never enjoyed the game in the first place.

My guess he is in a high competitive level , and exploiters getting unfair advantage , which makes his game play pointless. it's a chain reaction, he gets affected , other competition gets scares, people start fading away.

Contributing in funds/rules embezzlement/manipulation brought down empire's, and blizzard is one of those giants in it's industry. If they do banned exploiters other than streamers , my hat's off to them. but if they are making an example, than it's nothing but another convertible capitalist company. and i really hope they don't keep an "asset" streamer done the exploit off stream as a overlook for justification.

Every person is not only held accountable for his action in society, but also his contribution approach. knowing and not doing anything is just as severe.
