    It's definitely quick but I wouldn't call it insane. I call Aether Walker wand insane since it removes cool down of teleport. It's only available in season, though.

    The black weapon bug was never fixed. So yes, legacy items like triumvirate works extremely fine with black dmg weapons. The fix is that all new items, new triumvirate for instance, as you said increase now your fire, arcane and lightning dmg, not adding them as the legacy one does.

    Currently rares becomes totally useless after finding/crafting legendaries due to the fact that they cannot roll as high as legendary items. This is a huge problem. Why couldn't rares have a chance to roll as high as legendaries or even higher? Legendaries would still be "legendaries" because they have guaranteed legendary rolls and special procs that rares cannot have.
    In my opinion, both of them, rares and legendaries should be somewhat equal. Which to use depends on your needs. Some builds focusing on pure dps could focus more on rares than legendaries but the build requiring special procs, elemental damage stacking, etc. would use more legendary items.

    Here comes myideato make rare items interesting. I use int amulet as an example.

    Firstly, every rare roll but elemental damage %(that normally rolls lower than legendary roll) has 10% chance to become legendary roll. By this I mean that instead of having max 625int you could have 750 int in rare amulet.

    Secondly, 2 main rolls have 5% chance to become 10% stronger than they normally are. Let's call this roll as "extra strong roll" With this an amulet could have 11 critical hit chance and 110 critical hit damage with perfect rolls.

    First and second can both happen simultaneously. As an example, intelligence becomes legendary roll and by miracle also rolls perfectly 750 int. You're lucky bastard and intelligence roll also becomes extra strong roll which gives 750int*1,1 = 825int. Also critical damage becomes extra strong roll and rolls perfectly so you get 110cd. Therefore, rare amulet could have 10cc/110cd/825int.

    Enchantingfor rares would change a bit. If you have got legendary roll for amulet which is 703int, you can roll that particular roll up to 750. If that same roll is also extra strong roll the final stat becomes a bit more complicated. Let's say you have got legendary roll 670int for amulet and also extra strong roll so you see 737int(670 + 67) in your amulet. Now if you enchant that 670 int up to 750, your final int will be 817 (750 +67), the additional int gained from extra strong roll is not affected by enchanting the actual roll.I would do it like this to make perfect rolls feel more unique.

    Something like this would make rare items worth checking before salvaging them. It would also make them viable option for legendaries for certain slots (ring, gloves, etc.) and builds. I have no idea if those 5% and 10% chances are too low or high. But I would personally keep the chances relatively low. When items rolls both legendary and extra strong rolls and gives you 770int, for instance, you should be able to see both rolls separated while keeping ctrl down by this I mean you would see 700 + 70 so you would instantly know the original roll.

    It seems that if party leader's game crashes other players are kicked from the server. Happened to me twice while playing with my friend. Can someone confirm this? because I don't know how to crash d3 on purpose so I cannot test this again.

    So much noobs here, so much crying.

    I have 300k+ unbuffed dh, having 450allres/3600armor/55k life, I tank mp10 with ease using only sp. In my opinion, demon hunters are the best tanks because of high life steal and huge damage they deal.

    Gloom + echoing blast mines + thunder bola = invincible demon hunter.

    As blizzard support could not tell me if the issues has been looked into or not I decided to tell the "details" I know. These are everything but accurate.

    This is how it looks like from the perspective of the victim:

    1.The player 2, leader of the party, using the exploit places his item in trade window and player 1 put his gold in window. None has accepted the trade.
    2.Then player 2 leaves the game middle of the trade and somehow player 1 is kicked from the game simultaneously.
    3.Player 1 is in main page and has lost the gold he had put in the trade window.

    I know that if you are party leader and leave the game, it also kicks afks from the game. I don't know how blizzard define afk, though.

    My thoughts: Somehow the guy using this exploit can "make" you afk so you are kicked when he leaves the game. How can you trade and be afk at the same time? It could be the key to make this exploit work.

    I tried to repeat this with my friend but we didn't manage kicking inferior party member the same way I described above.

    I hope some of you know/figure out the mechanism of this exploit and report detailed ticket to blizzard.

    And for those who called me an attention whore. I have posted a bit over 40 posts in over 4 years, seeking attention? I don't think so.

    Another player called robberknight has reported the exactly same exploit and commented in my diablo3.com topic:

    "Same here, treated by a player called: Trophy.
    Its a shame they use the exploit, ban such."

    I have sent ticked to blizzard about this.

    I was victim of this in-game trade window exploit last night. Exploit allows player 1 to take all gold player 2 has put in trade window without player 2 approval.

    I don't know how it works and I don't tell here the details how it was used against me.

    Just want to warn you that using in-game trade window is not safe as long as this exploit is working.
