You call +20%dps "opening some very interesting builds" ??!?!?!?!?!
And, no, it's not "a lot more than than a ring slot" because you can swap in a RORG right now in the cube for a UE Multishot build and wear a Cindercoat, so it's literally just a ring slot.
I'm not saying that it's much more than "just a ring slot" but yes it would open some decent new build ideas having 4 rings or any other gear combination.
There are some interesting Archon/Meteor/FO hybrid builds for wiz that come to my mind. I already made them almost work without that upcoming theme. And yes, that would be a completely other playstyle and more than just some random +20% dps thingy. Just an example. I'm pretty sure there would be plenty of similar ideas across the board.
Please stop being so negative and try to be creative. I guarantee you it's 100% more game changing than double goblin / bounty. It actually makes a difference. I'm amazed how it's possible to think it's the worst theme so far...
100% more than Goblin? Pff. Zero and percent increase does not compute...
Or you free up a ring slot so that you can change your build to work with say Focus and Restraint, a legendary weapon instead of a set weapon, for instance, Torch and Tzo Krin's Gaze with Inna set. So many interesting things comes to mind! This is a way better "seasonal affix" than before! Love it.
A build doesn't have to be S-teir to be playable, you know, Vilendor. There's tons of things you can do with this affix if you just play for fun I'm sorry it doesn't satisfy you but there are other games out there that you surely would enjoy to play.

Nice one! I'm using firefox and the "input-group cb" div, the one with "Include Ladder Runewords" only looks okay at min-width: 992px. Seems like the element is floating on the "form-group well searchWell"'s padding @992px. That whole form box div thingy seems to behave weird over all when going between width's. I'm using the newest firefox.
Other than that it looks really useful!

I don't want a D4 Improve D3 and I'm happy! Also, 2-4 years goes by fast if you have something to do, work, hobbies, whatnot so I'm fine with a wait time.

The comment field have a html [BB] view which can still be used normally. Just write as you usually do.

What has been said before^^
100% is always what you have, anything else is an increase or decrease of X.
Still, what's the reason "Skill multiplier: 500%" counts as 5? Should it not be 6?

Don't feel stupid. You asked, you got answers and improved your understanding. That's like the opposite of stupid^^ Also, welcome!

I think the main point is for specific builds. For instance, where you need very high CDR. It could be very time consuming to find decent ancient legendary items with high CDR rolls along with other complementary stats. If normal items gave 50%/2% then you'd still be looking for the ancient but you'd also be able to play the build decently. Hell, any % damage increase is better than 0%.
It's currently a all or nothing due to how normal legendary items are treated. Make it all or some for a smoother transition.
"Before seasons end" is quite long time though^^ I completed my journey and took gr75 within 2 weeks (played like 5-6 days straight during that time) and I don't think I've anything remotely close to a LoN set. That's 70-84 hours spent (14h/day). If I'm only able to play at max 2h per day then it would take me 35+ days to get there. That's just too long for someone playing casual. Mind you, I'm not saying it should be easier to get maxed, I'm simply thinking the threshold should be less steep. Say you've 6/13 ancient, that's 600% increase damage. If normals gave 50% you'd end up with 950% which makes the build much more viable but far from optimal. Maybe 25% would be a better number but whatever, I'm just making pointsI think whatever your goal is. If t7 is the go to for farming then if the build can do t7 it would be viable. In my case if a build can run t13 and/or is super fun it's viable^^ or I could just push it as long as I can in GR, then it doesn't really matter.

I guess easiest way would be by letting LoN give a reduced amount of damage increase for non-ancient. Like "100% increase damage for every ancient item equipped, non-ancient gives you half amount".

I guess it depends on you and what you find fun. Me myself think anything under 7 min is fine, be Rifts or Grifts. I'm doing T13 at the moment, much more interesting as a Shenlong solo monk build since things survive a little longer.
What is "efficient" for you? What is fun for you? Can you combine them?

The stash tab is just something extra. I do seasons for the reset and goals to complete the journey

Nice chart Bagstone!
I much prefer the new one (2), especially on cellphone.
I messed around a bit with your css for another example with static left column and vertical scroll. Resizing the browser window won't be enough. Gotta check on a mobile device.
Example: http://dev.wojtk.com/df-test/df-test.html
I like your work and I'm not trying to bash anything. I'm simply showing something to broaden once perspective. Do with it however you please

If it's the first time then the ban shouldn't be very hard, yeah? Which, if you're just falsely banned, should get your account back soon, no? No account sharing involved?

Maybe you should just look for another game. People get tired of games, eventually. Nothing wrong with that. Playing the game despite it being boring seems unhealthy^^
I remember in the good ol' days when single player games were the way to go. They didn't get updates or new content, you bought them, played and abandoned them. We were still happy.
As said, it would surprise me if they didn't announce anything at GamesCom or BlizzCon.

What do you mean by "dying" game? They're constantly tweaking, adding and messing around with things. It's just getting better and better. It ain't new and shiny though and I guess a grind game such as Diablo could grow tiresome quite fast if you only play that game.

The goblin post was a good read. I always find posts like that interesting. So much more thought goes into things like this then one could imagine. I like it and since posting things like that doesn't effect game development, balancing or content its fine and great that they write things like that. Makes you understand more of the thought progress behind a game, which is great!
