After the 20th anniversary Blizzcon fiasco....
I feel like more developing time has been devoted to the other blizzard games than to D3, on its own anniversary event.
I feel ya on the content but I would have to disagree that actual development is going to coincide with content release. What I mean is, chances are there is a ton of work going on in the background right now for D3. For the longest time it was the only IP with no form of long-term monetized business model. The good news came subtly with last Blizzcon announcement. The Necromancer character is going to be the start of long-term D3 content development. This is because it sets the groundwork for a platform that will allow for the game to continue to pull in revenue after purchase. This is critical for any product that continually patches and updates the client. This is how free to play games operate without even needing to sell a copy of the game. D3 has been operating off of sale revenue for a long time now, a steady stream of revenue from things like "New Characters to Play as" will ensure we get much more than we've been getting. If there is a lack of content for this anniversary it is surely a good omen that some solid updates to the game are in the pipeline

Hello, My name is Clint Pillow, friends call me Pillows. For some time now I have expressed my nerdom through various discussion threads about the games I play. I participated in HOTS tech Alpha and Beta and provided a significant amount of feedback as well as a few hero designs. All my feedback and discussions are easily accessible through my profile.
Currently I am involved with testing Overwatch and providing feedback on that as well, although I just got invited so there isn't much logged yet. My interest in acting as a moderator for D3 forums stems from my enjoyment in discussing games in general. I frequently participate in a lot of these twitter debates that you see on MMO Champion, primarily HOTS
as I have played for so long now that I feel like my perspective is pretty developed. My perspective on games is pretty developed as well, I have played PC games since Duke Nukem 3D and Doom 2. I've seen the rise and fall of genres and buisness models alike. I've seen game mods become standalone games and custom UI's inspire developers to update default UI's.
My school background is in cognitive science, part of which focuses on user centered design. So I am very familiar with the concepts of collecting and compiling feedback as well as working with that kind of data in a team setting.
I wanted to keep this short and sweet. I have a lot of free time and discussion is already a regular activity of mine. I figure my Bnet history and twitter discussions speak for themselves
