when a teammate picks up a healthglobe, the effect is the same if you would pick it up yourself ( mind the range ), so all skill bonuses to health globes, items with +health on healthglobe pickup and such work as you would hope.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
in practice, this means that when i was playing a wizard, my friend barb picked up a globe, he got extra health due to his items, and i got arcane power because of my skills ( as well as health ).
edit: also, as the tooltip for the skill says "whenever you are healed by a health globe", not "whenever you pick up a health globe"

This was probably already suggested, but i couldn't find it.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
The idea is that in the advanced tooltip option, it would also show the damage the skill would do.
Currently for barbarians bash the description is as follows:
Brutally smash an enemy for 145% weapon damage with a 20% chance to knock the enemy back.
now wouldn't it be nice to also display damage like this:
Brutally smash an enemy for 145% weapon damage (20-29) with a 20% chance to knock the enemy back.
or any variation on that as long as it would display the damage the skill is expected to do. Of course this wouldn't be 100% accurate as there are other factors ( resistances, armor, crits, etc ), but it would at least give an idea.

i think since they made runes the power of about level 4-5 that the +(level to a skill) will simply up that a few levels so its stronger.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
